Overall happy with the hotel, we wanted to stay one more night and front desk was very helpful with our request and allow us to stay in the same room without checking out and changing rooms. Just want to mention an unfortunate experice during breakfast. There was no more croissant at 08:30 in the morning, when we asked if we can have some, the rather aged lady staff said she will make some when she has time. A guest walked into the restaurant with a child in her hand wanting to join her husband who was already seated, that same rude staff shouted across the resturant asking the guest with the child what is your room number! It is indeed reasonble to ask for the guest for the room number but it is not necessary to do it this way, she can walked over to the guest and asked her nicely, more overall, the guest do not udnerstand French, therefore had not responded. When I asked about the croissant, the rude staff went to the counter to look at her register and asked loudly at us from across the resuarant, what is our room number, as if we should not be there. We did not want to have breakfast again the next day after being treated that badly by staff.

Everything was as I would expect with a high quality hotel. All very simple and good quality accommodation with little need for interaction with staff. But the staff seemed polite and effective.
