Good,practical...clean and staff very eager to please. The bedroom was fine apart from the small pillows, as we are not used to them....the continental breakfast was copious, well presented and of good quality. Easy parking and efficient in room air conditioner too.

The rooms are clean and functional. The toilet is in it's own room. The welcome was warm. There are two restaurants in easy walk from the hotel - both give a discount. The Italian was excellent. Yes, it is in an industrial estate which is quiet at night. It is not far out of the centre of what is a lovely French town. My only 'criticism' is common to Ibis Budget - it seems strange to have a room for 2 with only one seat.
