On check in there was an English woman (We are Scottish ) who was displeased with the service as she had to wait . She informed me she was checking out and had a lot to do .She was beyond her check out time and aimed criticism at the staff . , particularly the gentlemen who were serving me . The gentleman who I never got his name ,but had dark hair with a beard handled the situation in a dignified manner . and praise and credit should be given . Having stayed at his hotel before, it meet our expectations as always
