I got a severe allergy attack after i showered with your liquid soap. It was either the liquid soap pr the body lotion given to me. I complained. They called a doctor for me and i had yp pay 350 euros to the doctor. The hotel did nothing. But before i checked out they removed all the bathroom supplies from my room. I am very upset i want reimbursement for the medical expenses and i am not counting the horrible night i spent

After your complaint was reported, the reception immediately offered assistance, presenting two possible solutions: arranging a taxi to the hospital or calling a private doctor to the hotel at your own expense. You chose the second option. The bathroom products were promptly removed from your room and subjected to internal inspection. No abnormalities or changes were observed. The products were also secured in case any further analyses are required. We would like to emphasize that these are high-quality products from the reputable brand RITUALS, commonly used in Accor Group hotels. In connection with the complaint, we have initiated the procedure with our insurance provider and are currently awaiting their response. We also encourage you to contact your own insurance company to seek reimbursement for the cost of the private medical visit. We remain at your disposal.

Well located, great breakfast, always smiling staff. However, the room does not refer to the prices. Really small bed, no slippers, no coffee machine, no cosmetics, only shower-gel and shampoo. The air conditioner was not working properly, it was a bit cold in the room no matter that it was set at max.temperature. For sure did not meet our expecations having in mind the paid price per night.

The location of the hotel was great. Close to most amenities, local bus stops, shopping centres and shops, pharmacy, souvenir shops. Staff in the hotel were lovely, very kind and helpful and thankfully multilingual which helped when I'm not fluent in French and speak English mainly. The room was a reasonable size, the bathroom was alright but we were hoping for a bath but ended up with a shower only. We did end up unwell during the trip which was not ideal as we found we couldn't open the room window for fresh air. So this was the biggest downside to the room with the windows. We did have a mini fridge and safe available which was good and lots of space for hanging clothes. The mattress was not the most comfortable, it was quite a hard bed which is not something we're used to either. The food in the hotel was great. We had breakfast included which I'd recommend, a good selection of food from hot and cold options, pastries and yoghurts. The dining experience for the evening was alright. Not a huge selection of items and my husband being a fussy eater couldn't eat any of the items but I tried some which were good. The drinks and cocktails at the bar were also great. The swimming pool and sauna were lovely, the steam room was out of service so that wasn't ideal either. Overall the place was nice for our first visit to Monaco, but we wouldn't stay at this hotel the next time we visit. If you're not going to spend much time in the room and on a bit of a budget then this place would be suitable.
