One of the biggest highlights was the location. The metro station was just a short walk away, making it super easy and convenient to commute across the city without worrying about traffic.The breakfast spread was absolutely awesome! There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options every morning, catering to different tastes, and everything was kept hot and well-stocked.
Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable experience with great food and unbeatable connectivity. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

overall it was okay, location, parking service and in general hotel has all the amenities, however the reason i gave score 6 instead of 8 due to very dirty and moist floor carpet in the room. It doesn't reflect the hotel's name and 4star reputation to have room with a carpet have many stains on it with moist smell.

Really great! The hotel is clean, the breakfast was amazing as well as the gym and the pool! Georgina and David at the reception was really helpful and kind to our needs! Mike was the kindest with our luggage with really great attention to detail. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends, family and colleagues

A good hotel for a short stay. The rooms could do with a makeover, e.g. new carpets. Near the sky train and airport about 15 minutes away by taxi or sky train. Breakfast very good!

Was good overall, except for the fact that a valet guy I requested to keep my car parked at the front of the hotel main entrance, I found out the next day morning when I was leaving that my car had been taken to the basement parking. Though the hotel wasn’t busy and parking spots were available on the front of the hotel main entrance.

This time was not very good like last time in Abu dhabi..room.is small..no upgrade happened..no fork and spone on room so I bought from room service..abudhabi novotel hotel and staff was great not like this one
