Rooms are ok, bjt batgrooms were smelly. Food was terrible.

We are really sorry that you didn't enjoy the food in our hotel, not the breakfast nor the restaurant. In both services we offer plenty of options to choice, and we take care of the quality of our products and also of the quality of the service, as the standards of Accor and Ibis requires, and as most of our costumers have enjoyed with us. We are also sorry that you find the sustainability efforts of Accor that short, when we've been really compromised for years now, being pioneers in a lot of measures taken. In our hotel, especially, we have 2 sustainability certifications to guarantee this compromise, Green key and Biosphere, and we will keep working daily to continue contributing on it.
