Everything was fairly average, with nothing in particular worth highlighting. The cleanliness was mediocre, and there was even a hair in the shower upon arrival. The woman at the front desk welcome was also quite hostile, which unfortunately set a negative tone from the beginning. Other than that, there was nothing particularly good or bad to mention. Fine for one night, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Signs at the hotel lead to an underground car park. There are no modern cars that can fit in the tiny parking bays and it is impossible to turn around. This means that anybody entering the car park must reverse out up a circular ramp. This is NOT a car park!

It is true that the access is a circular ramp, but the space of the bays are big enough to fit a ban, as many costumer have use them to park their work cars. Being positioned between columns requires some maneuvering to park, but the space is even larger that what is mandated by law. I'm really sorry you find it difficult. The Ibis Barcelona Montmelo Granollers exceeded our expectations. We had an awful flight that was delayed by 5 hours and arrived at the hotel at 04.10 - the reception team couldn't have been more helpful, we had called him twice and he was so helpful. The rooms are a great size, very clean and the air con works really well. But it is the staff that make this hotel so special. Everyone that we met welcomed us like family, given the proximity to the race circuit I wasn't sure that would be the case, but it really. The restaurant was really good for dinner, a very wide selection and breakfast was kept very well stocked with very good ingredients. The tortilla in particular was delicious.

We are also sorry that you find the sustainability efforts of Accor that short, when we've been really compromised for years now, being pioneers in a lot of measures taken. In our hotel, especially, we have 2 sustainability certifications to guarantee this compromise, Green key and Biosphere, and we will keep working daily to continue contributing on it.
