I have stayed with you several times when I go to France on business Having driven for 5-6 hours with my dog, when I arrive I like to relax that has always been the case before However, this time you have changed the whole restaurant experience Your staff, as always, were very pleasant and accomodating and helpful, and even almost apologetic Instead of table service I now have to order my food at the bar Everything comes at once (no gap between starter and main) or i need to go up again As i said I have driven for 5-6 hours when i arrive at your hotel, so the last thing i want to do is look around for a dog-friendly restaurant or do self-service Is this a change implemented at all IBIS hotels ? I will seriously have to rethink whether i return sadly :(
