I come very often (every Wednesday year round) Everytime new receptionists and that's make constantly problems and discrepancies. Today your code to get the benefits of beign frequent customer ,made me to be sent to a phishing website and I had to cancel my card! One of the receptionist have been even rude with no nice face over me when leading with the problem and it is not the first time. Marina was empathetic but does not mean she could solve the problem I m in disagree with the organization It seems this Ibis Hotel is not giving the same as other Ibis hotels. Hope this information will be of
