The room was cold..they have it set to just me temperature so unable to adjust. A kettle in the room would have been nice. But they did accommodate & give us a fan heater.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I have had issues prior to arrival because I needed to delay my stay for a few days. The hotel replied quickly and arranged everything within a day. On arrival the receptionist explained how the parking works and informed us about the free parking on the weekends. The room was very clean and quiet. The location is a bit further from amsterdam but easily reachable by bus or by metro. I can only recommend this hotel

The facilities in this hotel are good, except the tap water. Water in the hotel is not stable enough, which means water can get hotter or colder in a sudden. The location is good, it only needs 15 minutes to get to the city's centre. The hotel also has a nice night view through the windows.

Pillows weren’t even pillows, I asked for more and that didn’t help!
