Didn't have hot water in morning even after waiting for 5 min in the shower. Otherwise checkin, room was ok

Dirty cold hotel

Staff at arrival not kind. Entry hall was dirty. It was cold in the hotel! Room was extremely cold and heating did not work. Bed linnen far too thin. No hot water at sink. Water in shower ok. Sink was stoppered (hair plug!). Parking extremely dusty. Expensive hotel for low quality. Never again...

How is it that the shower can be so disgusting

Nice one. You can check in early also if required. Staff is cooperative. Walkable distance fro Mount-vert tram station. Worth for money. Breakfast, bit crowdy on weekdays..so be there before time.....

CONS: The rooms for 3 people were a lot smaller than expected. There werent any kettles, hair dryer etc. in the rooms. Also, no hangers/hooks to hang towels. The hotel is located pretty far from the central. Plus, its quite bit of a walking distance from the station till the hotel. Which makes one feel uncomfortable since the path is poorly lit if you come past 22:00. Breakfast was okay, but could have included the option for eggs and maybe some fruits (bananas, apples etc). PROS: The staff is polite and kind. The rooms were daily cleaned.

Dear Sonia, Thank you for taking the time to inform our further guests of your satisfaction. In ibis hotels in France there is no kettle for safety reasons, but there is a hair dryer. You can if it is down, ask for one in reception I am surprised, because we have 5 hangers in each room (maybe there was less?) Which leaves me to doubt if the hotel frequented is well our Also at breakfast we have eggs and several kinds of fruits ..... Would there be a hotel error

A room for two, with no bed above you're head for the same price as a tree bed room. You should think there will be an investment for upgrading the room. Not even a shelf beside the bed, or under the sink. After visiting many times an Ibis Budget, this was the worst of all. Even the WIFI didn't work properly. Possible cause because the room was at the end of the corridor.

I stay here regularly and find it comfortable and secure. Some of the paintwork and carpets are overdue for renewal but this is not a big problem, The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean. And, most of the staff are helpful.
