The hotel is a little out of Paris centre 5min to the tram. I stayed in ibis budget, room is small and for the price is good. Take the breakfast is worth it . You get a lot to choose. Some pastry bread some yogurt coffee and ham… The bathroom is a bit small

The hotel is nice, the location is very good (5 mins from T7 station). It’s well cleaned and organized. There is air conditioning in the room. The breakfast is not big, but is good enough.

Ibis hotel originally booked had ceased trading when we arrived - so had to pay again for this Ibis and reception staff did nothing to help and we had to contact customer service. Nadim, behind reception gave no help and would not honour our breakfast on our orignal booking. When we eventually got our rooms we found that the hotel had no hot water for 48 hours. Very disappointing help from the reception team at this hotel

Greeted warmly on arrival and given appropriate directions on room, breakfast and outdoor area. Helped within 15 minutes for queries on local post office, shopping and transport provision. Friendly cleaning staff as well
