Please note that this is a standard pre-authorisation applied to all guests — the amount is held but never charged, and released within 24 to 48 hours after check-out depending on your bank. From my experience, this hotel seems to have serious issues with how it handles reservations and post-stay administration. My stay was recorded incorrectly in the ALL system, with the wrong dates, the wrong room information, and even shown as cancelled. What should have been a simple administrative correction turned into more than a month of emails and follow-ups. I have been extremely patient throughout this process. Despite repeated assurances, the hotel has never contacted me directly. Even Accor Customer Care told me they were unable to reach the hotel by phone and could only keep forwarding my request. The impression I was left with is that the staff responsible for these administrative processes are not adequately trained or that there is a serious lack of internal organization. Either way, mistakes that should be resolved quickly have remained unresolved for over a month. Even now, I am still waiting for the hotel to issue the corrected invoice for my completed stay. This is an official accounting document that I need, and despite numerous reminders, it has still not been provided. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of ownership. The hotel does not respond, and Customer Care keeps referring the case back to the hotel instead of ensuring that it is actually resolved. I've stayed in many hotels over the years, and this has been the worst customer service experience I've had.
