I am sorry that your experience did not reach your expectations and been lower than it use to be. As you know we are make some refurbishment in our 2 hotels in order to provide a better comfort service to our customer. we do apologize if by that time you have been disturbed by the inconvenience as hot water system, we try to do our best to don't disturb the stay of our guest. We are sorry that we did meet the icomfort de to an issue with our sytem of hot water. Be sure we had an maintenance on it a the issue has been fixed.
