Exceptionally good staff. Cold plates for a hot breakfast was an annoyance. The absence of a bike or a rowing machine from the gym was a disappointment.

Our room was large and comfortable with all the facilities we need for our baby. Separate bed, cot, extra A-B-C. View from room was nice. Each and every member of staff went above and beyond to help us. Quick service in no time at your room. Julia is very very good in customer retention along with the male who has checked us in. All staff of breakfast were good. Room service people were excellent. Good choice of breakfast. And at the end of the day, you enjoy cold and hot drinks in your room at no extra cost and that also on each and everyday of ur stay. Code:AMP,MM,UP.

Room was clean and a nice size. Breakfast was basic but of good quality. Elevators were very poor and took ages each time. Gym, though new, is not very well equipped or large. Staff were nice.

We were in Paris in September and stayed at this hotel. The stay was very comfortable. The hotel staff is very responsive both over email as well as during the stay. The breakfast buffet has a good number of options and their bakery ched made amazing croissants and pain au chocolat.

Dear Mr. K., Thank you for this thoughtful feedback and for your excellent rating. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and, in particular, the attentiveness of our team and the breakfast experience. We are sorry, however, that a few details in your room did not receive the level of attention we aim for. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams so that these points can be addressed. Isaac K. Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

Great location. Rooms are a bit slow to be turned over. Staff were very friendly. Was let down by the room, booked a suite for my engagement, but the room had some damage and signs of heavy wear.

Dear Mr. K., Thank you for sharing your experience. We are pleased that you appreciated our location and the friendliness of our team, but we are truly sorry that your stay fell short of expectations, particularly on such a special occasion. The condition of your suite and the lack of attention to certain details are not in line with the experience we wish to offer our guests. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for follow-up. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a stay that better reflects the standards we aim for. Kind regards, Léa Communication Manager Assistant Novotel Paris Centre Gare Montparnasse
