We needed a place to stay for the night as our flight out of Spain was early in the morning. We came from Roses. We found Ibis and they surprised us with the cleanliness, the attentiveness we got from the front desk and the best part is the turned the sofa bed our son was going to use upon arrival. It was ready for our son right away. I would definately recommend this place to everyone.

As an ALL Gold member who frequently stays in Accor hotels worldwide, I was extremely disappointed by the way I was treated at this hotel. The reception staff behaved in a very unprofessional and provocative manner, which is completely unacceptable in any hotel, especially in an international group like Accor. The situation could have been handled politely and professionally, but instead it turned into a very unpleasant experience. Even more disappointing was the lack of serious response from the hotel management after the incident. This shows poor management and lack of customer care. I strongly suggest hotel management review staff behavior and customer service standards, because this experience was far below what Accor represents.

Checkin took a very long time done by a very confused member of staff. My room had a very strong smell of chlorine. Propably wont be back.
