Why sell water? No slippers in the bath room. Dirty sheets. Customer service poor. Their faces didn't look welcoming to me. No smiles or hospitality from them. Breakfast not that good.

If you need a hotel next to the airport that features a restaurant with limited offers like pizza 24/7 and a modern and practical hotel room, this is it.

I requested an invoice with the information from my company at the check in and check out. I was told it would be sent by mail and I received an invoice with incorrect data. I've called multiple times, I have sent emails and I still do not have the correct invoice with my company information, which I need for accounting purposes. Therefore, I'm not happy at all with the hotels Staff behaviour.

I have stayed in Ibis hotels a few times and find them good value. The Ibis Aeropuerto hotel is well placed for El Prat airport and has a Macdonalds and an Aldi next door. There are also a few local tapas bars a short walk away. The hotel restaurant opened at 7pm.. a little late for us having travelled all day, and the hotel display showing restaurant 24/7! Mickey D’s it was then.
