Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, one situation left me quite disappointed, specifically the way my request for a late check-out was handled. Based on my status in the hotel’s loyalty program, I was entitled to a late check-out. When I asked for it, I was told that the hotel was fully booked and therefore a late check-out was not possible. However, the staff did not actually check the availability. I checked the hotel’s app myself, and there were at least 15 rooms still available. As a result, I had to pay for an additional night simply because my request for a late check-out was refused. I believe that in such a situation, the staff should first verify the actual availability before giving an answer, especially when the request is based on a loyalty program benefit. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but this experience was disappointing and could have been handled much better.

Everything was great - the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was not very big, but with everything needed, the room had central air conditioning system, the staff was very nice and supportive. What I was missing, was a wardrobe. Our stay was for one week and I had to keep almost all my clothes in the suitcase, which is uncomfortable.
