Difficult to access from Autoroute (one-way systems, under passes…confusing). However, once arrived, excellent under ground, secure parking, with lift access direct to hotel reception.👍. All staff at hotel very friendly and courteous. Basic, but clean rooms. All a bit dated. My bed had 2 missing bed slats. Maintenance people had obviously tried to screw them in place, but they still kept falling out. In UK, we call that type of repair a ‘bodge’! (Basically…it hasn’t fixed the problem). For a huge international hotel group (presumably with some experience with beds) , I do expect a bed that works. I hope that is not an unreasonable expectation? (Ibis Management…it’s room 208 if you want to get a new bed put in!). The restaurant in this hotel is poor. I ordered Pork Ribs. Hot on the outside, still frozen in the inside. Not microwaved for long enough I assume! Pizza was a frozen type. Heated up, but dry and tasteless. Burgers were on the menu (which we planned on for our 3 children)….but not available that night! My wife had roast half chicken and chips, which was good. Basically, I don’t think they employ a chef here, but a microwave technician. Breakfast moderate. In summary, very nice staff, operating in a dated hotel. Restaurant not up to speed. It’s a good location if you happen to have arrived at Barcelona Airport, and heading up to the Pyrenees the following day. I suspect we will use it again, but eat supper and breakfast elsewhere.

We came f. a family birthday in a local village. We stayed 3 nights and had a fabulous time. The breakfast is amazing and well worth paying a little bit more with the room. The coffee is great and there is a little herb garden outside where you can enjoy your breakfast with the sunshine. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet on the other side, away from the motorway. But a SPECIAL thank you to all the staff f. making our stay AMAZING. What a lovely team of people.

Not the first time I've stayed in this Ibis. I always ask for an upper-floor room far from the lift, and they've always met this request. Excellent breakfast, huge variety, better than many Ibises. Room quiet, great shower, good hot water and water pressure, comfortable bed. Good restaurants and bars walking distance from the hotel. Fatima gave me excellent advice in this regard.

- Shower drain not working - Tried charges for dinner bills (whilst not having had dinner in the hotel.. not even having been present that evening) --> delayed check-out procedure early in the morning
