The bathroom smells like urine, there’s mold on the windows, the wallpaper is falling off, the vents has mold and covered with dust, the hot water kettle has gunk inside and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The room smells damp and mold. I had to go buy a wall plug in at the market and it still doesn’t help. My coworker’s car got broken into.

However, we find some of the issues you mention very surprising; in particular, we would like to clarify that our rooms do not have kettles, so we are concerned that there may have been a confusion with another hotel. Additionally, we are also surprised that you stayed for 8 nights and at no point informed us of any problem nor requested a room change. Regarding the incident involving your coworker’s car, we would like to clarify that the parking area in front of the hotel is public and not managed by us. Reception service great, room great, for some reason was not bothered too much with breakfast, did not look too appetising, plus I noticed a staff member spraying cleaning material very close to open food, thats not very good.
