Regarding the coffee machine, we would like to clarify that it is not old, as it has been in operation for less than two years and follows our brand standards. We also appreciate your comments about the breakfast, which we continuously review in order to improve our guests’ experience. Concerning the air conditioning, we fully understand the inconvenience caused. However, we would like to point out that this situation was due to the replacement of the central air conditioning unit, an essential technical intervention. We informed all guests through several communication channels prior to arrival, and offered the possibility to cancel reservations free of charge for those who preferred not to stay during these dates. Given that this information was clearly communicated in advance and alternatives were provided, we regret the discomfort caused but consider that the hotel cannot assume further responsibility in this case.
