We had our check-in at 2 pm but it was delayed till 3 pm ( never received any apology for that and they pretended like that it was our mistake) . When we got the room, it was wrongly assigned. The room card also didn’t work properly. We have stayed in other ibis as well but this one was not upto the expectations. Very DISAPPOINTED!!

Terrible. The check in took 20 minutes. One guy was working - slowly - the lady was in the office besides the queue at the reception. It was 20:30 and 5 customers were in line. On top, I have to go 3 times from my room 401 to reception to change the key as I could not open the door. Finally they change my room to 301. I received an unreadable pdf invoice because "they changed the system". I had to ask to print the invoices. WORSE IBIS experience ever.

Staff was very helpful but no hot water for 4-5 days

It is true that technical problems occurred on several consecutive days; however, we would like to clarify that as soon as we were informed of each incident, our technical team acted immediately and the service was restored within a few hours. At no time was the hotel without hot water for more than 2 hours. We appreciate your understanding and take your comments into consideration as we continue to improve our services. The bathroom smells like urine, there’s mold on the windows, the wallpaper is falling off, the vents has mold and covered with dust, the hot water kettle has gunk inside and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The room smells damp and mold. I had to go buy a wall plug in at the market and it still doesn’t help. My coworker’s car got broken into.

Additionally, we are also surprised that you stayed for 8 nights and at no point informed us of any problem nor requested a room change. Regarding the incident involving your coworker’s car, we would like to clarify that the parking area in front of the hotel is public and not managed by us. Reception service great, room great, for some reason was not bothered too much with breakfast, did not look too appetising, plus I noticed a staff member spraying cleaning material very close to open food, thats not very good.
