1.Stayed for 4 nights.On arrival day ordered grilled salmon,which was served half raw 2.On the breakfast sliced ham/chicken was sour.Probably improperly kept temperature. 3.Breakfast mini sausages looked nice,but were covered in grease. 4.Scrambled egg didn't look cooked well 5.Tomato sauce-chopped tomatoes for bread were sour. 6.In the room the shower hose fall off,i had to put it back 7. Bin was placed into the room on day 3 only. The only good thing- room service every day 8 .RUshers/bacon slices too fat and undercooked. Please pay attention to the food details.

It looks like 50 years back hotel and didnt maintained well.

Tv didn’t work, and there is one socket in a room that had 3 people sharing. Old fashioned and over priced

Reception staff really not bothered about you. Could not advise on anything and everytime I asked for help I was told to come down to reception as they did not do room service on anything. Left a sign on door to say not to service room but they still did Housekeeping walked in when we were still in bed - muttered something in spanish and then left On check out receptionist did not even look up as we left key Not great
