I really enjoyed my vacation at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, nice, smiling all the time and helpful. They even celebrated my birthday and they decorated my room. At the reception, i would like to thanks the whole team but very special thanks to Martina for her support. The room is so big and new! Personally I like the new decoration so much. It was very clean and smells good when I did the check in . The swimming pool is clean, no need to have a towel from the room as they will give you one at the pool. The barman is so nice and so friendly. The hotel was still under renovation but personally it was ok for me as they worked so fast and at the end I could see the new decorations, I think the hotel will be sooooo beautiful. Advices : you can take the tram T3 or the bus X30 to go to the city or the big road « Diagonal ».

I stay in hotels of this chain all the time, in different countries and cities. But this is the first time I encountered such a terrible room. Not only the towels were all stained and in general the room was old and dirty, but instead of a bed there were just boards. It was not even possible to sit on it - the mattress fell to the floor. I almost fell down several times. I did not have the opportunity and strength to contact the hotel administration when I stayed there. But after I left, I tried several times to contact the hotel and somehow solve this issue. But my complaints were simply ignored. I don't recommend it to anyone. 170€ were wasted.

I stayed there while the hotel was rebranded (ibis), and lots of construction work was taking place. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Unfortunately I was not inform, while booking, that renovation works were under way. Having known that quite possibly I would not have chosen this particular hotel.

Hotel it is perfect if you want visit Barcelona. But the welcoming was not very friendly they didn’t give any information, for example how you use the elevator.
