The breakfast is super. The bed comfortable with possibility to charge right next to bed side. But a) rainforest shower not really working - almost no water comes out b) opening windows better not as then it is really loud c) a gym is promised but this is not a gym. 3 out of 4 endurance equipment is broken (pedal broken on the bike, the cross-trainer does not start, one of the running treadmills does not start) - so why is this included in the hotel description at all if it does not work and no one takes care? d) i was accused of wrong booking (breakfast included or not) - since i had one booking but sometimes breakfast was included and sometimes not - the staff accused me of "having booked wrong" and "need to provide proof" although it was clearly a copy and paste error by the staff

The room was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable and you have the option to open the window a bit if you are too warm or need fresh air. The front staff were friendly and helpful as was the gentleman behind the bar. If you need a taxi the team are kind enough to order one for you and are helpful when answering questions. I would have rated the overall experience higher but as you entered the hotel there was a strong sewage smell. This was only in the lobby but it was pretty strong. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Temperature of the room was cold and A/C not powerful enough to adjust it. Strange smell in the bathroom. It looked clean, but there was a strong smell, possibly due to the "water" used to clean the floor.
