We had a lovely stay in Barcelona, however on eof the key reasons I book this particular hotel, given it remote location, was because it had a pool. When we go there however we found out that the pool was not heated at all and was way to cold to attempt using.

I had a comfortable stay overall; however, there were some notable shortcomings in the room’s basic amenities. Simple refreshments such as coffee, milk, sugar, and cups should be standard in any room, rather than requiring guests to leave and purchase them from the reception bar, which operates on limited hours. Additionally, the lack of a wardrobe, along with insufficient hangers and hanging space, was disappointing and added to the sense that essential provisions were missing. Given these shortcomings, the high price of the room did not feel justified. That said, the hotel does excel in other areas. The communal facilities are very good, including the lounge areas, gym, outdoor terrace, and sun loungers. Most of the staff were also very helpful and contributed positively to the experience. One further downside is the location. The hotel is quite remote and situated within a still-developing business park, which may not be ideal for many guests.

A well-renovated hotel, with convenient tram and bus routes nearby. Good breakfast buffet. A lovely swimming pool, though unfortunately with very limited opening hours (11.00–18.00), so not very convenient if you fancy a quick swim before or after a stroll through the city. Friendly staff, although the bar/restaurant staff can sometimes get overwhelmed by too many guests. During our stay, there were also groups staying at the hotel who left the breakfast room looking like a battlefield. Kudos to the patient member of staff who single-handedly tidied everything up again. I would have appreciated it if we other guests had been informed about the breakfast times for groups.

I stayed in end of April with family. Hotel is nice and staff is friendly of course. However I booked directly through Accor’s app and was still charged €12 per night for parking even as a member. I would’ve liked it to be free as I booked directly and am a member! Apart from that, hotel has been recently renovated and does feel “premium” however we asked for an iron and they said “we don’t normally deliver to room and you will have to come down to reception for your iron” which I found a bit odd as a 4 star property (they did deliver to our room at the end). Location is good with well connected public transport.
