The staff was ok. The problem was with the room. Very old carpet with cigars burns, the bathroom with mold spots and broken elements, old furniture. Small tv like a monitor..... For real not a 4 star hotel..Maximum 2 stars

I choose this hotel as close to the business location, aiming to get the benefits and comfort offered by Novotel brand. Actually, the hotel looks like an old Obis just Novotel rebranded, I spent 35 minuted to check in, the room floor was under restoration and the painting smell was spreading. Room old furniture, orrible and un comfortable shower. Definitely bad experience, not the level I expected amd I'm used with Novotel. Poor breakfast, the worst I ever had in Spain.

1.Stayed for 4 nights.On arrival day ordered grilled salmon,which was served half raw 2.On the breakfast sliced ham/chicken was sour.Probably improperly kept temperature. 3.Breakfast mini sausages looked nice,but were covered in grease. 4.Scrambled egg didn't look cooked well 5.Tomato sauce-chopped tomatoes for bread were sour. 6.In the room the shower hose fall off,i had to put it back 7. Bin was placed into the room on day 3 only. The only good thing- room service every day 8 .RUshers/bacon slices too fat and undercooked. Please pay attention to the food details.

Reception staff really not bothered about you. Could not advise on anything and everytime I asked for help I was told to come down to reception as they did not do room service on anything. Left a sign on door to say not to service room but they still did Housekeeping walked in when we were still in bed - muttered something in spanish and then left On check out receptionist did not even look up as we left key Not great

Overall the stay was good. Breakfast offering was good. Closeness to Tramline. Front desk was very helpful to schedule taxi. Internet/wi-fi coverage was good. On-site covid-19 test from GESMedi was a bonus.

Bar/restaurant area is not inviting at all, very cold and similar to a hospital more than to a hotel. Rooms are outdated and I still can't believe they are painted in 'go tele' (pop-corn paint !!), that really took me back to the Eighties... Needs a very good refurbishment and with lots more of style.

The room was not neatly set for our stay, Its was as if no one used that room for months. Curtains were full of dust, carpet and bed was dusty and when i requested for room change, they said no room available and i have to manage it till next day so they can change the room. When I asked the next day, they said no rooms available. Was very disappointed and the receptionist did not really show any empathy at all for me. I felt like they were doing me a favour. Even my kids were so unhappy about the response we got .For 3 nights with my family, our bedsheets were never changed and house keeping was made just once. The warm reception we received from one front desk operator and 2 men in the bar really gave us some smiles during our stay. Hope this is looked into. Thanks.

I'm a loyal customer of ACCOR, but I was extremely disappointed with this stay. Very old feel and look hotel, still carpet on room floor !!!!!!!!!! that is imposible to clean! Bad bed. My worst experience in Accor Group

Every time I come to our offices in Barcelona I stay here. Good services, people extremely nice (at reception, breakfast area and restaurant). Super silent, I always sleep well. Breakfast rate is 10 ! Only thing for people staying for many days, the restaurant menu is not changing , so we have the same options for all dinners. In the room no frigo bar, it would be appreciated a water bottle for the night.

This is the second time I have stayed here for an exhibition. The hotel is not too far from either the airport or the Fira and has good connections via the T3 tram, buses etc. The staff are extremely friendly and professional and the service very good. Standard Novotel rooms but with good WiFi

People are ok but the room are not so good in term of cleanness and finition, air conditionning was not working. The quality of the equipment are quite old compared to other Novotel hotels in France or other countries

Great welcome and service and overall satisfied Practical location Taxi could find it easily and were quick to be there in the morning even as busy hour I just stayed one night On the downside, most TV channels had reception issues so you have to be patient to find the ones working
