We came early to the hotel around 11am, and for a just 13 odd Euros, they allocated me and my daughter if 14 with a room without waiting that was very helpful. We could refresh ourselves after a long overnight bus journey. This helped us to cover most of the imp spots in the city Inspite of being in the city just for 1 night. The room was also spic and span, had good wifi with Netflix etc. Hotel staff at reception were friendly and check out was fast. Though slightly far from city centre, with limited time in hand we had to use Rideshares for most of our travels and the hotel worked well for us. Highly recommended!

nice, clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. Clean, ample room with all essential equipment and a comfortable bed. 10-minute driving from port. With secure parking (i.e. behind gated entrance). Friendly and helpful staff, they offered me an excellent breakfast as the TV in my room wasn't working.

Everything was amazing, except for the AC in the room, it was too hot, I couldn't make the temperature colder.

Hotel was ok. Reception staff not particularly friendly, but bar staff very nice. Hairdryer in room did not work. Expensive for this type of hotel.

Hi, there's an issue with A/C and ants on ground floor. Even though our rooms were changed A/C is still the problem in all rooms.

Directions to a local restaurant were wrong. Towels in the bathroom were missing hand towels as they only have large bath towels.
