Please note that if the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed, our housekeeping team will not enter the room. Likewise, for privacy and security reasons, rooms are not serviced when guests are inside. Regarding the air conditioning, our reception team did attend your room to check the temperature and ensure everything was functioning correctly. As an additional comfort measure, you were offered a fan. We also proposed a room change; however, this option was not accepted at the time, and we were informed that you were satisfied with the room. We remain at your disposal for any further assistance.
