Arrived at 6pm and had to wait 45 minutes to check in. I understand that during busy times, waits are to be expected however, there was just one lady working for the first 30 minutes then another guy arrived to help (about time I thought), then the lady left so it was just the guy that was on his own! 45 mins after a busy day travelling is not good, no apology or offer of a complimentary drink while waiting either. Very poor in my opinion.

This room was noisy. There was machine engine noise during the night, I couldn't sleep. The first night there was a terrible smell in Cornellà that infested the hotel room too. The bed clothes were too hot. No alternatives in the room. The room card malfunctioned 2 times. The staff is very nice and available. The hotel is well located
