Clean, decent sized rooms. Helpful, friendly and attentive staff. We travelled with a baby and needed some assistance now and then with milk, heating etc. and they were super quick to help. Great, positive attitude from everyone. We also had a couple of meals at the restaurant below and the food was tasty!

Excellent staff, great hotel and spaces. Thanks to everybody for thoose 2 perfect meetings days. Very close to the airport Barcelona El Prat (just 10 minuts by taxi) but also well connected to downtown, this heart touch hotel have comfortable rooms and public areas that will amaze you. Can’t wait to go back again!

The place is located conveniente close to the airport within a reasonable pried taxi ride. Barcelona is easy to reach with metro at Cornelia station. Breakfast and dinner: indeed very good!! A good choice for a brief stay in Barcelona if yoi decide not to stay in the town center

Staff pleasant and hotel public areas are good. We took an executive room so we would be comfortable after a long day of driving, however even in this room the noise from the motorway was too loud and meant we had a bad night of sleep.

Checking in went very fast. Hotelroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. Big tv screens at hotelbar aerea. Checking out went very easy and quick. Staff was very friendly. Overall i had a very nice stay at this hotel.

We stayed one night after a long drive and needed a good night's sleep, so chose an executive room. But the noise from the motorway was too loud to sleep properly even in an executive room. We have a small well behaved dog, but we are not allowed to sit in hotel lounge area with dog to have a coffee, unlike in France where there is no problem taking a small dog into the lounge or bar area. In December it is obviously too cold to sit outside. We have stayed twice in this hotel and neither time did the car park exit barrier work propery with a fully paid ticket. Went back into hotel and staff gave us a replacement ticket which also didn't work. This has happened twice, so there is something wrong with this equipment

Good experience except for the checkin--I was given a key to a room that was not made. Went down and the receptionist fix the issue immediately and gave me a coupon for a drink.

I have left the numerous issues I faced with Iulia. I would seriously consider allowing guests to control their own room temperature when there is no air circulation on hot days. I chose an open window and mosquitoe bites over a hot room at night. The front doors make the bar and dining area very cold at night. This may change once the heat comes on. Kudos to Iulia and Carlas for being the face of hospitality and trying to resolve issues. The food was very good.

En cuanto al horario de entrada en las habitaciones, el check-in se realiza a partir de las 14:00 aunque de forma ocasional y siempre que nos lo permita las disponibilidad del día el check-in se puede realizar antes. The hotel is correct. One key suggestion is the check in/check out system. I absolutely hate this system where there is no reception and therefore you don't know who to talk to, who is next in line. It's a terrible customer experience. I know several people who do not want to stay in your hotel because of this.

Everything was ok. The staff was very friendly. Check-in and out was fast (even though there was only one person dedicated to it). The only disappointment came from the room service which was not very tasty but still expensive. Great breakfast!

My family had very good times in Novotel Cornella in Barcelona. Good breakfast, good drinks, and services. Drinks from bar is very good with good price too. Only problem was that card room hasn’t worked properly but the reception guys changed quickly.

The hotel was ok and the overall experience was fine, I stayed there for business but is this a Novotel standard hotel? I felt it was more like an ibis or ibis style. No front desk, so you can try to call no one picks up, no ironing tables in the rooms.. you need to go to the lobby because you cannot call to ask for one and they give you a kids ironing table the size of a piece of bread that you will need to pick it up yourself. Don’t bother to hang the Do not disturb sign on your door they knock once and enter anyway (it happens 3 times) Food at the restaurant was good and if you want to attract the staff attention you need to jump on your table as if you were invisible they just turn their back to customers (Had diner 5 times there, same experience) and the surprise at check out when they charge you 15% more on your total bill and the prices don’t match your booking. It was solved when I showed them what I paid for on there website but this is the overall experience. The staff is really friendly but unexperienced and clumsy. Nothing too critical but when you are on business and you expect things go smooth cause you have enough to care for already. I am a silver member I will not stay there again.

Concernant notre réception, nous avons décidé - afin de nous rapprocher de nos clients et de les accueillir de manière plus chaleureuse - de retirer le front desk et les réceptionnistes habituels, et de les remplacer par des Welcomers qui viennent vers le client lorsqu'il passe la porte. C'est une configuration qu'Accor est en train d'implanter dans la plupart de ces hôtels, et qui est déjà effective dans nombreux hôtels de la chaîne. Chaque Welcomer a bien sûr sur lui un téléphone, que vous pouvez joindre en tapant le 9 depuis votre chambre. Nous sommes désolés qu'ils n'aient pas répondu à vos appels mais veuillez vous assurer que s'ils n'ont pas décroché le téléphone c'est car ils étaient avec des clients, et non pas car ils ne voulaient pas vous répondre. Concernant le reste, j'ai transmis vos commentaires aux chefs des départements concernés afin qu'ils fassent le nécessaire pour faire en sorte que ce genre d'incidents ne se reproduisent plus.
