I have been staying at Novotel Cornellà very regularly for the past 5 years, and it has always been a great experience. The entire team, from the reception staff to the managers, is absolutely amazing. They are always welcoming, professional, and ready to help in any way they can. Their genuine hospitality really makes a difference. The hotel also offers a very good restaurant, both indoors and by the pool, which is a great option to relax after a busy day. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained, and consistently very clean. A big thank you to the whole team for making every stay feel so pleasant and welcoming!

During our stay, hotel maintenance staff entered our occupied room while my family was absent to carry out maintenance work. We had not received prior notification of this intervention. When we returned, we discovered that an attic/access panel inside our room had been opened and left partially open. We did not initially know who had entered the room, why the panel had been opened or why it had been left in that condition. We had to report the matter to Reception ourselves before receiving an explanation. Most importantly, the Director of Novotel Barcelona Cornellà, Mr David Barrachina, subsequently investigated the matter and acknowledged in writing: “This should not have happened, and we fully acknowledge that the room should have been left in the appropriate condition after the maintenance work had been completed.” The hotel has therefore acknowledged that something went wrong following the maintenance intervention. I subsequently attempted to resolve the complaint directly with the hotel. The Director has now confirmed that the hotel will not provide a refund, compensation or goodwill gesture.
