I have been living in Novotel a lot of times, previous ones are quite cozy as well but quite commercial atmosphere. this one however is quite special, dynamic and vigorous atmosphere with a lot of cool facilities, makes you feel it is high quality hostel for younger generation :) There is no transitional old fashioned reception, all staff are working on the long dining table, which makes guest feel being welcome by friends Staff are quite friendly, breakfast although not too many options but quite fresh and tasty

Hotel was little different. I was surprised with no reception. Room was nice. Restaurant very nice and tasty. Unfortunatelly swimming pool was closed. Parking was good

Perfect service, perfect restaurant, perfect room, absolutely nothing to complain. Located close to the airport. The first Accor hotol, which granted me an upgrade due to my status in the loyalty program.

The reception greeting area is stupid, not well marked or clear. After a long journey you are exhausted and tired so trying to "find" a reception area is not fun. The staff/people that approach you could be anyone, there is no clear uniform, name badge or anything that clearly identifies hotel staff. The information in the room is incredibly limited....there is nothing. Travelling and arriving exhausted then having to remember the phone number for the reception, phone number for room service, times of the breakfast. There should be the food service menu actually IN the room so you don't have to walk to the lift to take a photo of food available. The restaurant staff are incredible slow, unhelpful and need service training...shoving menus at people without asking which language they'd like is rude and assumptive. Not once during my 10 day stay was I given the drinks menu (which is also not displayed anywhere). The only staff member who showed any service/hospitality behaviour was a young staff member called Mathias. During the first week of my stay there was a wedding on Saturday with very loud music until 3 AM, this main issue that I have with the loud music is that at no point before was I informed. If the hotel had put a note through the door explaining there would be a wedding, loud music until very late but that as a valued guest of the hotel I was encouraged to enjoy the festivities and would be given a free glass of wine (or other party cocktail). There was nothing, nothing at all. The only good thing about the hotel is the food, so you put up with the crap service, unfriendly staff and excruciatingly long waiting times. I will not be staying in this hotel again and I will not be recommending this site to my colleagues , friends or family. Also this email was addressed to my mother who was a guest on my booking, so yet again I have been ignored.
