The hotel is nice and has the biggest table football we’ve ever seen. However, it is relatively far from the city center, so it takes almost 45 minutes to get there. The breakfast was good, but it was exactly the same every day. It’s fine for a stay of two to a maximum of three days. The staff were really nice and always tried to help solve any situation.

Very slow check-in process (waiting for 20-30minutes). Three trips back to reception because room key did not work. Staff confirmed room key did not work. New room eventually. Booked dinner weeks in advance, but when going to restaurant and wanting to place order told kitchen was overwhelmed and no orders would be accepted for an hour.

We deeply regret the delay in the check-in process, with a wait of 20 to 30 minutes, as well as the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning room key, which required you to visit reception several times. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we are sorry we were unable to offer you a prompt solution from the outset. We also apologize for the incident in the restaurant. We will speak with the relevant departments to ensure this does not happen again. Stayed 1 night whilst transiting, location was great, walking distance to a large Shopping Centre and restaurants. Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Room could do with a refresh; feels very dated. Main comment would however be about the check-in: only one person was available, there was a queue and it took more than 7 minutes per person (no exaggeration) to check-in. That's poor.
