Having stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions, each time has been a disappointment of some sort, like asking for an extra pillow took 2 phone calls and eventually had to go down to reception to get one myself, long queues at the reception is common! Also I stayed again on the 27th June and was greeted by the rudest receptionist that was more interested by looking after her daughter I suppose but needless to say I will never stay in that hotel again!

Hotel clean and quiet in a good location. Sadly I cannot walk too far so a bit out of centre for me but overall good location. Shower needed attention for door to stop wetting the floor and air conditioning would not go below 22 despite being set for 17. I had a fan provided on request so was able to sleep comfortably. One room attendant showed a step above in the care and thought that went into tidying the bathroom which impressed. It was a young lady whilst the others generally just did what was necessary, the extra touch of tidying impressed with eth care and thoughtfulness. I've stayed before this trip and will stay there again.
