NO air con because its winter time, could not open the window on the first floor room as we where above a smoking and drinking zone of the hotel with tables and chairs , no sleep as the room was to hot, absolutely ridiculous to think this is acceptable ,

Dear Mark, We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. As we mentioned personally at check-out, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the air conditioning. During this period, the system is switched from cooling to heating for the winter season, and unfortunately, it cannot operate in both modes at the same time. Had we been informed during your stay, we would have been happy to provide you with a high-power fan to make your room more comfortable. We also regret the disturbance caused by the outdoor smoking area and the issue with the bathroom sink. Please rest assured that our maintenance team has already checked and corrected the problem. We genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us improve our service, and we hope you will give us another opportunity to better serve you in the future. Kind regards, Eva M
