excellent cleaning services, broken, non-functional toilet, poor breakfast (very poor quality scrambled eggs, missing or dirty dishes), rat on the terrace

Staff was very accommodating as helpful. Location is real and with gated car-park you feel secure. The room was clean and tidy only the reservation was for a Queen bed, unfortunately upon arrival we were given a twin room. Overall for a single night stay it is ok.
