Friendly helpful staff, but the room was hot and Netflix didn't work. In the morning the breakfast was delicious although there was a hair baked into my muffin.

We also want to inform you that we still don't have Netflix enabled in the new rooms. We are working to have it from March. Anyway, in order to use the application, guests should have their own Netflix account. Thank you as well as for highlighting our location and the treatment of the staff! the room is clean, enough for one/2 person. The staff is very patient and friendly. Breakfast has enough fruits/bread and fresh. I was there during the storm that bring the electricity several time down, but it was apocalyptic weather, so I consider myself lucky

Very nice and friendly staff! They all made us feel at home! It was so lovely to come into our room and find a message Welcome to your home for 7 days. The location is very close to the university campus.It is also close to shopping places and to train station. quite far away from the sea, but not a problem if you are only here for business. I find the room very small and difficult to move. Also the Cabin style in the bathroom is a bit strange.

the renovation work on floor 3 didn't really bother us too much but the real problem was what sounded like the sound of water from the air conditioning...the 1st night we could put up with but the noise on the second night was worse about every 30 seconds. In fairness when I complained at about 11:00pm the reception staff did offer another room but as it was late & my wife had found some ear plugs we decided to stay put. Really though a room shouldn't have a problem like this although it wouldn't bother good sleepers. The staff on duty were friendly and good at their jobs.No complaints about the breakfast and housekeeping was good.

I understand the security with the locked gate and a fence surrounding the hotel, but it is quite off-putting when you have a reservation there seems to be no way in without a code and nobody opens for you. Other than that the staff were mostly friendly. The room itself was good and the bed was comfortable. However, there is no way of closing the curtains so that the glaring light that lights up the hotel outside doesn't enter your room. If you are ok sleeping when it's not dark, no problem, but I think many people will actually want a dark room in order to sleep. Overall not bad, but definitely could be better!

As usual, stuff is welcoming and helpful. The room was a great surprise, looks and feels modern and very convenient. The bonus was that I could switch the language to English. Things that bothered me: The lamp above the table/desk was not working and the shower head was unstable.
