Excellent staff. Room was satisfactory, but I was unsure about rubbish disposal. Whilst the breakfast was adequate a little it more variety would have improved it.

Double charged for room in error, room key stopped working twice. Not a lot of drinks variety at bar..however, as usual, extremely clever and helpful and cheerful staff made up for everything!!!

We would like to clarify that, for some reservations, a pre-authorization is made on the credit card the day prior to arrival in order to verify its validity as a guarantee. This amount is not a final charge, as the actual payment is completed at the hotel during the stay or upon departure. However, we understand that this may be confusing if not properly explained, and we apologize for any misunderstanding caused. We also take note of your comment regarding the limited variety of drinks at the bar, as it helps us identify areas for improvement.
