The hotel is located in an excellent position, especially for Coex. An easy walk, plus all the shopping centres nearby. Great service from all the staff. Good breakfast.

From the moment we arrive the room is already wrong as i requested long time before that we need connecting room. The staff quiet ok to communicate but i think the hotel is lack of staff

Good stay, always made better with my favorite front desk agent

Another nice stay. I was checked-in by a new trainee and her English was very good. Elena, my favorite front desk agent, also helped check me in. She remembered my room preferences which is always appreciated. I rarely have breakfast but I did this time around. Breakfast staff was very nice. And I always appreciate the housekeepers. They are kind and always give me the items I request.

Good location, good breakfast. Housekeeping seems not very conscientious because I found hair not cleared in bathroom, even after second day.
