Te hotel is 10 minutes walk from C., which makes it the ideal location for those who visit or exhibit in that venue. In fact, lots of C. exhibitors were in the same hotel. The staff is always kind and helpful, as per Accor standards. I was granted a room upgrade, which was much appreciated. However, upon check out, as I was rushing to bus terminal, I asked to receive a digital copy of the invoice, grouping my three booking references(-NQLSDVHM 1 night, -NPNSFGMM 3 nights, -NQLSDVMP 1 night) in one invoice, which I need for company expenses refund. And I usually receive it the very next day I leave the hotel. Till now, have not received any invoice.I have contacted twice via email the hotel customer service, but no reply.The was also another mistake about missing night in my Accor statement, but that has been fixed.I am reluctant to give Accor a poor evaluation, as the whole experience is always impeccable. But this time is a bit disappointing. I hope I can receive my invoice as soon as possible. Thank you

Very neat and peaceful rooms. Had a comfortable bed. Shower area was very cozy and neat. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Housekeeping was on time. Breakfast was delicious. Cafe are available 24/7 at cost after breakfast. Gym and laundry room available.
