Excellent international buffet breakfast. It's my first time staying at Ibis Styles Ambassador Gangnam and overall very pleased with the service and cleanliness. English speaking front desk. Close proximity to load of restaurants, food options, cafes, subways.

This sounds uncommon I know, but I have travel anxiety and I cannot stay in hotels with sealed windows. I love that this hotel you can open the window slightly for some fresh air. This is why I will book Ibis everywhere I go.. and also the room is very clean and great facilities with the convenience store within the hotel building.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well-designed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is also excellent, conveniently close to COEX, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, and business activities in the area. What made this stay especially memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the front desk team. Since my flight arrived very early in the morning, the staff kindly arranged an early check-in, which I sincerely appreciated after a long journey. They also extended a late check-out, allowing for a much more comfortable and stress-free experience. As an ALL Accor Platinum member who has stayed at many Accor properties, I was genuinely impressed by the warm, attentive, and professional service provided throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul and would be very happy to stay here again in the future.
