Everything was great except the slope from subway back to hotel if carry heavy stuff.

All the staff were super friendly - the reception team who responded to my requests promptly, the housekeeping staff who all greeted me politely, and the breakfast restaurant staff who I knew were smiling even though they wore masks - everyone was very welcoming.

the room is dim, and the air conditioning is centralized (i doubt as some rooms have its air conditioning), the room is hot and if I open the windows, its pretty noisy outside... staff cannot help as the rooms are fully booked, so nothing can be done. and later, staff told me that I was overcharged the payment and did refund to me.... the whole experience is just bad...

We truly regret that the room lighting, temperature, and outside noise affected your comfort. Please kindly note that our air conditioning system is centrally controlled throughout the hotel, which may have limited our ability to adjust the temperature individually. Additionally, as the hotel was fully booked at the time, we were unable to offer a room change, and we sincerely apologize for this limitation. We also apologize for the confusion regarding the overcharged payment.
