First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the construction noise, which prevented you from enjoying a comfortable and restful stay. We are deeply sorry to learn that the drilling work began as early as 8:00 a.m. and caused significant disturbance. Although the construction was taking place on the first floor, we sincerely regret that the noise carried up to your room on the fourth floor and negatively affected your overall experience.
