enjoyable stay

I felt good because of the friendly service of the staff. The ceiling height of the room was low, but I didn't mind because the overall room condition was good. When I looked at the plates and utensils, I could feel that a lot of investment had been made, and the unique atmosphere of this hotel made me want to visit again. The quality of the breakfast was very good. Sometimes there are hotels that only care about the number of dishes, but this place not only had a lot of dishes, but the taste was also very good. The only thing that was disappointing was that the water temperature control in the shower booth malfunctioned when the water pressure was increased, and the water leaked out of the shower booth. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I would like to thank the staff for their hard work and hope that they will always be blessed with good luck. I look forward to next visit. Thank you.

Located well - but bad standards

I believe the standards were well reviewed online however the rooms was a bit dated. My concerns were with the bed sheets having holes in the - note fitted sheets or ones that fit the bed properly. The whole was small but notable. The floor cleanliness was another concern that there was an old tooth pick under the bed which I noticed once enter ting the bathroom. While these are small details it can really turn from a studied stay to one where you have to question is the hotel clean or not… which isn’t a discussion that should happen for a well rated hotel.

It is listed as a 5 star hotel. We came across follo1. Our friend came to pick us up. He greeted the staff and went to use the restroom. The staff said the car could be parked for 10 minutes, but when he came back, the car was gone. He was then forced to pay a valet parking fee of 10,000 won. It was a terrible experience. 2. We asked the staff to help us order delivery jajangmyeon. When we went to pick it up, they specifically told us not to drop it on the carpet, which made us feel wrongly judged and disrespected. 3. The customer service staff did not speak English well or lacked professionalism. Many of our questions went unanswered. For example, when we asked about the lunch buffet hours, they gave us the breakfast hours. Even after we repeatedly emphasized “lunch,” they finally confirmed that the hotel didn’t offer lunch — but we had clearly had a lunch buffet at the restaurant. 4. There were also many problems with the room. The drawer cabinets had a strong paint smell, rooms facing the street were very noisy at night, the hot water could easily cause burns (you must turn on the cold water first), and housekeeping was done very late in the day (around 4 PM).wing problem:
