I had a 4 night stay with my girlfriend. This was our first trip to Seoul. The kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom were beyond my expectations. The TVs were huge and I was able to connect my Netflix account for viewing pleasure. The kitchen was fully equipped with a stove, sink, dishes, and even a washer/dryer for clothes. The bed was very comfortable and was a respite for when we returned from a day being tourists. The shower and bidet were amazing. This was our first experience with a high-tech bidet. Having a warm toilet seat was truly welcomed. The only thing missing from the bathroom was a power outlet as we had to use the hair dryer from the bedroom.

This is my second time staying at the Grand Mercure Imperial Palace Hotel, and once again it was a great experience. The location is excellent, the room was very spacious, and having a kitchen was a big plus. Everything was very clean, and the hotel staff were super helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Thank you for making my visit so comfortable — I will definitely be staying here again next time!

Room was beautiful and staff were lovely, however after the 3rd day the housekeeping staff stopped replacing our water and cups. Dirty were clearly left out on the coffee table to be cleaned, but we were not provided new cups or water for most of our stay.
