At the same time, we have taken careful note of the inconvenience you experienced with the delayed taxi arrangement and the insufficient attentiveness at the driveway. Monday mornings are particularly challenging for taxi availability despite the collective efforts of our team, and the temporary floor maintenance at the entrance on the day of your stay created an unusually hectic environment. In this situation, our staff unfortunately misunderstood that you were waiting for an acquaintance, and we were unable to provide the prompt assistance you deserved.
