San at the desk was very nice and helpful. Te can service was super slow especially they gave me the wrong taxi number and I ended up waiting extra 15 min. The staff at the car pick up area was not attentive at all. Overall not friendly atmosphere. The food at Familia was fantastic.

The hotel was decent, but overall, the service was disappointing. Starting with check in, we arrived early due to our flight and normally we receive pre check in at other hotels we’ve stayed in, but it wasn’t an option here. Because of the long flight we wanted to at least change, there didn’t seem to be an area where we could look through our luggage to find our clothes, so we had to do so in the lobby. We were constantly harassed (at least that’s what it felt like) by the bell desk asking to take our luggage, if you don’t want us going through our luggage in the lobby then suggest an area we can go, we don’t know the property. The room itself was ok, the bathroom set up was terrible, and every time we showered the entire bathroom floor flooded. I shouldn’t have to deal with that in a hotel of this caliber. We told the front desk and they fixed the problem, but why was this a problem to begin with. Also, the room didn’t have air conditioning, we asked the front desk and they sent up engineering and he was very confused why we needed cool air and advised us it was turned off in the whole hotel because it was cold outside. Every hotel we’ve stayed at had air conditioning year-round, it shouldn’t matter how cold we want the room, again, a hotel of this caliber should have it on year-round. The next day we went to the front desk to ask for a solution to no air conditioning, the agent sent up a portable air conditioner, which didn’t solve the problem but better than nothing. Lastly, we received a discount card for your restaurant at check in for 20% off, after we dined there we were told the discount expired on 10/31/25. Absolutely ridiculous, first, why wouldn’t the front desk advise us of the expiration date? This isn’t my job to know this information, second, why even give us a discount card if it was going to expire the next day? Third, why do you even have expirations on discounts to the restaurant? The restaurant did give us 10% off for the inconvenience, but it’s the principle that this discount should have been applicable during our entire stay. These are small annoyances in service that just add up to a big inconvenience that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

The room was incredible, especially for the price. It even had a clothes styler which was very convenient for cleaning coats that were used daily!
