Beautiful hotel and location. Felt monitored all the time. The room was nice but incredibly dusty. The bed was comfortable but extremely hot at night. Please note don't leave windows open at night if they don't have screens. We were eaten by mosquitoes. Staff was very friendly.

I don’t understand why the 20th floor lounge is even being operated. Guests who prefer the lounge don’t come there for the food—it’s for the service and convenience. In the past, there were always at least two staff members present, assisting with check-in and check-out as well as various requests. Now, when I go up to the 20th floor, it feels deserted, almost like an abandoned space. On the day I checked in, there was no water in the room. I had to go through the night without it, and when I went up in the morning hoping to get some water—since it was supposed to open at 7 a.m.—there was no one there and the lounge wasn’t even open. If I didn’t have a long-standing attachment to this hotel, I wouldn’t consider staying here again.
