Hi, i put 7. I liked hotel and room is comfortable. Indeed the bathroom water evacuation is really very noisy. if somebody is taking shower for neighbor room or the level up or down you can have a very strong sound, which is not allow to sleep. as it was happens at midnight and later this is really not a best experience can have thanks

Service and cleanliness is great. but it's just Accor point association is slow. After 3 days of completion of the stay, I cannot see my stay in the App history.

When calling a taxi, I was made to go back and forth between the main reception and the taxi reception. When requesting a receipt, I wouldn’t get one unless I specifically asked for it. Although multiple websites list this as a five-star establishment, I’ve decided not to rely on those ratings in the future.
