The staff was very helpful and accommodating during the stay. The location was also great, very close by 2 different metro stations from the same line. We also had breakfast incuded in our stay. The breakfast had a very big variety and was nice quality. Lastly the room was decently sized with a nice bed which was very comfortable. The only downside is that the windows are not really soundproof, we stayed on the seventh floor but at night rhe traffic could still be heard very clearly, which can be bothersome for light sleepers.

The room was adequate. The front desk staff member was a little deceiving. We checked in 15 minutes early without realizing the time. In order to not be charged $50 for early check in the clerk had us sign up for ALL Accor. A more honest approach would have been to say if you wait 15minutes you won’t be charged for early check in. She then could have told us about ALLCCOR. Additionally for our two day stay the elevator and our floor had a very strong epoxy or chemical smell.
