Did not like the food, sometimes it was stale. The bathtub was smaller. The cleaning staff don't clean properly - sometimes forgets to refill shower gel, replacing laundry bags and water bottles. The air-conditioning temperature sometimes used to be high and lot wamer. Also pants were not complementary in laundry

Many mosquitos inside the hotel, incl. public areas even in the room which impact the sleep quality. 2 of 3 stay days encounter same problem. Rest are OK

Refused access to level 3 & zero points on profile

I had a hair cut booking after checkout. At 3pm I was told i could not go to level 3 for my hair cut. So, i had to cancel this. Booking also did not transfer the booking correctly after many emails. On check in they said it was against my profile. However, your staff did not transfer this correctly. I paid for the booking and stayed there. However the points went to someone who did not stay there. Very disappointed.

I was requesting to extend my Stay One night due to my Flight was cancelled ( Typhoon in Taiwan), but I do not feel the Front desk is trying their best to help and their answer is Only "No room"... For me, a very experience traveler for more than 30 years, a World class hotel will NOT just always book 100%...

for business trip during 7 days, the hotel was a little far from the office (but that i knew) but very close to the gangnam district, the hotel is very nice and the breakfast was just outstanding
