Lovely accommodations close to food and shopping. The water pressure in the shower was excellent in my room.

The hotel location was good but most of the staffs are very unfriendly and cold towards the guest except the lady at the executive lounge. She was the only one who make the guests feel comfortable and at home. The happy hour at the lounge on the ground floor on the weekend was disaster as there were no staffs to clear the utensils and no one to lay the table which is uncommon for a 4 stars or 5 stars hotel.

We will never come back to the hotel as long as you have terrible air conditioning system
