Very comfortable stay, as always. The rooms may be a bit outdated, but they’re very spacious and the bed is super comfy. The hotel gym is the real highlight for me — it’s fully equipped with everything you need for a proper workout. Breakfast also offers plenty of options and great quality. Hotel is decent enough, however, I found the staff in restaurant sometimes rude, especially on the entrance. The bar in the lobby is also not that great in terms of service.

The bathtub's drainage system in my room is almost clogged. The water was running very slow at the drainage.

1) provided comb but wanted to charge for toothbrush on the name of sustainability. Must inform the guest specifically before they arrive so they could bring their needs 2) Poor english communication by almost all staff
