I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam. The early check‑in was handled smoothly and professionally, which made our arrival very comfortable. The birthday surprise for my younger sister was absolutely lovely — the cake, champagne, and personalized card made her day truly memorable. The staff’s attention to detail and warm hospitality were outstanding. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again.

Rooms were good sized but there isnt a control for individual rooms for temperature. Bathrooms however weren't so clean, I found hairs in the bathtub upon arrival and it just looks too dated. Would prefer if rooms service came with more vegetarian or halal options.
