rhchoice Couples - TripAdvisor review

Partner and I stayed at Novotel Gangnam, on Dec 27th. Pros: - Reception was attentive and thoughtful. Our Accor membership was recognised and they booked us for a higher floor than the originally booked. Despite the early check-in option not being available, we were happy with the way staff handled our queries. - despite the age of the hotel, we found the room had everything that we needed for a restful stay. - breakfast options were ample, although it does get fairly busy around the peak hours. We were fortunate enough to get a table (for two guests + a visitor) out of the way. Cons: - in contrast to the reception, concierge lacked order and was half asleep. Multiple times, we had to grab their attention by peeking over their stand/table and actually ask them to hold on to our luggage. - this place weirdly has a club on the ground floor next to the reception. I didn’t seem like it was a facility for the hotel guests but the locals in the area. Just not what I’d personally want to see/hear on our vacation - lacks accessibility by footpath in to the hotel. It’s located on a hill with two driveways with busy entrance/exits for the cars. Didn’t feel the safest way walking in and out if you are travelling by feet near the hotel

Hi, i put 7. I liked hotel and room is comfortable. Indeed the bathroom water evacuation is really very noisy. if somebody is taking shower for neighbor room or the level up or down you can have a very strong sound, which is not allow to sleep. as it was happens at midnight and later this is really not a best experience can have thanks
