Had one problem. I prepaid my laundry expense before checking out since it was personal and I did not want it on my bill. On checking out the charge was still on the invoice and I had a difficult time to convince front desk that I had already prepaid the expense.

Overall, I enjoyed aspects of my stay, but I wanted to bring a specific housekeeping issue to your attention. During my stay, I noticed that a mug I had previously used was placed back into its original position without being cleaned. It appeared as though it had been properly washed and replaced, but upon closer inspection, it was still dirty. Discovering this was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, it compromised my confidence in the cleanliness of the room, and I did not feel comfortable using any of the mugs or utensils for the remainder of my stay. I believe this was likely an isolated oversight, but I wanted to highlight it so it can be addressed with your housekeeping team to ensure standard sanitation protocols are being met.

The room was spacious with the charging ports by the bedside. There was also a lot of storage space and seating areas in the room. The bathroom was well-appointed with a bathtub and the toilet with a bidet. The bed was soft with a good number of pillows provided. However, it was very uncomfortable during the night because the temperature of the room could not be lowered even if there is a console to control it. I set the room to 18 degrees but its stayed 25 degrees all night. Because of this, I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. I woke up several times because the room was too warm until I ultimately could not sleep any longer due to the room temperature.
