Very good experience. From very friendly & helpful check in with Alex to a great room & access to the superb lounge, great food & friendly service. Super location. We will stay here when next in Seoul . The airport bus stop in in the driveway, even better.

Everything is smooth except that I was not aware the dental kit is chargeable. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are standard amenities in hotel. If chargeable, this should have clearly and prominently made known to guests. The cost at KWR10,000 is not cheap for a dental brush.

Needed to wait for taxi for long on the departure date, i was worried that i might miss the flight. also Bath tab cap was broken. no draining there while taking shower. Overall staying the room was comfortable but the above two things I hope improvement.
