Special mention to the breakfast staff at Fait Maison who were consistently attentive and warm. Orders came quickly, and every request went smoothly without a miss. The Family Suite room was spacious for a family of 3, clean (thanks much to the Housekeeping staff), and beautifully designed with a nice and direct view of the Seokchon Lake, perfect for cherry blossom season (we visited late March). Breakfast buffet included a variety of delicious local and French cuisine and pastries. Gym has high quality equipment, clean and with free gym attire. Highly recommended due to excellent service, comfort and convenience and proximity to Seokchon Lake and Lotte World Mall and Tower and subway Lines 2 and 8 (Jamsil Station).

Lotte World tower view every morning from the window. Great gym access and beautiful pool. Great bar at 32nd floor. Famous pufferfish restaurant in the connected tower which is fantastic.

I recently stayed at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul with my grandmother and aunt, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The staff’s service was consistently warm and professional, and as a Platinum member, I especially appreciated the thoughtful recognition and benefits extended to us. In particular, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jason, who assisted us with check-in and check-out at the lounge. Throughout our stay, he showed exceptional care and kindness—especially toward my grandmother, who is turning 80 this year, and myself, as I was experiencing leg discomfort. His attentiveness and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us. Although this was my second visit, I have stayed at various Accor hotels across Seoul, and Sofitel Seoul stands out as the most satisfying by far. The lounge experience was especially remarkable—the food was of such high quality that it was more than sufficient to replace dinner during happy hour. We will certainly return in the future, and I was deeply touched by Jason’s outstanding service. My grandmother also expressed her desire to visit again, which speaks volumes about how memorable our stay was.
