This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Everything from checking in to navigating securing a taxi that offered accessibility options to random things like transformers for plugging in our devices - they were able to make it quick and easy. The room was amazing! Absolutely beautiful! The staff were all very friendly and super helpful! The hotel itself was so amazing it made it hard to leave some days because it felt like everything we needed was right here! Absolutely one of the best stays!!

The location is excellent, with easy access to the train, nearby bus stops, and taxis. There was a little traffic around the area, but it was still very convenient to get around. It is also close to Lotte Mart, shopping malls, an amusement park, and duty-free shops, with plenty of facilities and conveniences nearby. I really loved the location. The staff were absolutely lovely and the service was excellent. The room was also great and very comfortable. The only issue I had was with the air conditioning late in the morning before check-out. No matter how I adjusted it, the room didn't seem to get cool enough, possibly because the weather outside was extremely hot. Other than that, everything was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely be happy to come back again.
