Sofitel in Seoul was wonderful! Great location, perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The staff were professional and friendly. Only thing that needs improvement is the lighting in the rooms.

The curtain in the room doesn’t close completely because of the design which is a big flaw for hotel like Sofitel.

For $50 USD, the breakfast provided is substantial in size, but it falls short in terms of flavor. While I am an avid fan of Korean breakfast, this particular offering did not meet my expectations. The western style food was not up to par. Although the hotel is visually appealing, clean, and the 22nd-floor suite I shared with my husband was comfortable, the beds received a 6 out of 10 rating. I would suggest that the hotel consider investing in mattress toppers to enhance the comfort of the beds and provide a more restful sleep experience. I appreciated that once I asked, I was provided with powdered creamer for the morning coffee. I would absolutely return.
