It's a brand new hotel with all facilities being new, and the staff is kind. The location is directly connected to a metro and a mall. I had a relaxing stay and loved the pool!

Epic experience. Landed in Seoul suddenly - randomly - for a family emergency. This hotel has been a bastion for my wife and I (and our child). The staff is so extremely friendly helpful and accommodating with every situation or question we have encountered. The food has been top notch and the facilities are all amazing. Pullman has singlehandedly defused what would have otherwise been an extremely stressful time for us in Seoul and for that we are sincerely greatful. It’s a nice hotel, but would score it 4 stars rather than 5. When booking the reservation, I added breakfast. At check-in, nothing was mentioned, but the next morning it turned out that there has been only one breakfast added for the two person reservation. The missing breakfast was then paid to the reception, but the next morning the same happened: only one paid breakfast visible. On the third morning there was no breakfasts in our reservation. So we faced a new issue every morning during the beginning of our stay. The hotel also offered only heating during this season, so it was rather hard to get the hotel room cooled down to a normal sleeping temperature when the temperature was somewhere between 25.5 and 27 C and it was uncomfortable to sleep. During the last evening of our stay, other guests at the same hallway were really noisy in the middle of the night; it turned out that the rooms are not too soundproof as you definitely wake up if anyone is noisy in the nearby rooms. Breakfast on the other hand was tasty. The selection was always the same so that was a bit of a bummer, but the flavors were great. Location was quite ok, and the automated curtains as well as the spacey bathroom were nice.
