Evening mini meal and drinks at lounge are very limited than other Novotel and Mercure in Seoul.

The hotel’s location is extremely convenient being connected to a mall and to the station. It makes transport easier. However, the hotel was very much lacking due to a myriad of problems such as cleanliness, faulty design issues and the hotel system itself. I expected more from a Pullman Hotel in South Korea.

It's a brand new hotel with all facilities being new, and the staff is kind. The location is directly connected to a metro and a mall. I had a relaxing stay and loved the pool!

Epic experience. Landed in Seoul suddenly - randomly - for a family emergency. This hotel has been a bastion for my wife and I (and our child). The staff is so extremely friendly helpful and accommodating with every situation or question we have encountered. The food has been top notch and the facilities are all amazing. Pullman has singlehandedly defused what would have otherwise been an extremely stressful time for us in Seoul and for that we are sincerely greatful.
