I went for breakfast at 10:00, was told there was no seat, so i went back to wait. I got a call at 10:15 saying they got a seat for me now, but breakfast closing at 10:30. I was forced to skip breakfast

We loved our stay at the Pullman recently. Our room was a great size with wonderful views on the 31st floor. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The service from the staff at the concierge was really outstanding - they were so helpful with everything and went out of their way to get information for us and organise our day. The gym has the newest equipment and large with great views from the treadmills. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are also very large and super clean. The location is not right in the heart of everything however the room sizes and the hotel itself together with staff are worth taking a taxi for 15 minutes to get where you need to.

Hotel is located next to Sunway and newly opened mall. Room is very spacious and clean. Housekeeping was fabulous and did a good job. Noticed there is a fire extinguisher in the room which not many other hotels has it. Breakfast is fantastic and accor member gets a discount. Front desk staff were friendly/helpful and patience which I greatly appreciated.
