Overall, aside from the points mentioned, the stay was generally pleasant. As the room was facing the river, the sunlight was quite strong during the day, and it seemed that the room temperature was somewhat difficult to regulate. For families traveling with infants, this may cause some discomfort, as maintaining a stable room temperature can be challenging. The condition of the baby crib was good and well prepared. However, when the air purifier was delivered to the room, the staff member simply left it there without setting it up, which required us to install it ourselves. This was somewhat inconvenient. We only realized after check-in that the bathroom sink was leaking. Upon check-out, we informed the staff and suggested that the room condition be checked. The staff acknowledged this and asked whether it had caused any inconvenience. As we responded that it was fine, there is no further issue on that matter. There were water stains on the wine glasses, so we had to wipe them again before use. The overall condition of the swimming pool seemed well managed. In particular, the lifeguards were attentive and actively monitoring the area, which made it feel safe and comfortable for our child to enjoy. During valet parking, the concierge service was not particularly attentive. There was no assistance offered with loading or unloading luggage, and the staff appeared to be standing by and chatting among themselves at the valet booth.

The hotel is very nice with a great view from the higher floors. The location is also great and just right next to a nice mall with some good restaurants as well as next to the metro station which is super convenient. The room itself is very spacious and has everything that is needed. It' not about not liking, but if you have information leaflets in the rooms about when towels and bed linen is changed and what to do if you want a change before this, it should also be followed. It clearly says, towels on the floor = change. I never left my towels on the floor and yet everyday I got new towels. This is not very sustainable and against what you preach to do.
