The hotel stay was good. Clean, conveniently located next to a mal, modern and new. The staff and customer service was good generally. However, the response when I asked for ice or pillows was extremely slow, waiting about 30min - 1hr.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. Everyone was professional and approachable. Also, why is everyone so handsome and beautiful? Is that a requirement to work here? If so, bravo. The hotel is spacious and feels more like a residential space than a typical hotel. We were traveling with our three year old daughter, and having a kitchenette made a big difference. The room had an electric stovetop, pots, and full silverware, which made meals easy. Housekeeping was very accommodating with our schedule. Our child naps in the afternoon, so we often left the room later than usual. Staff were always flexible and ready to clean when it worked for us. The location is very convenient. The hotel is connected to a newer shopping mall, which connects directly to Line 2. This is the main subway line most tourists want to be near. It is only a few stops to Lotte World and about four to five stops to COEX. The hotel is very family friendly, and the neighborhood is calm and comfortable. It is not overly crowded like Myeongdong. However...while de minimus, the hotel does not offer an airport shuttle. You will need to take a taxi, transfer between subway lines, or walk about fifteen minutes to a bus stop that goes to the airport. We were traveling with several large suitcases and a child, and it was cold, so we chose to take a taxi. The ride cost a little over 60,000 won, but it was by far the most convenient option. That said, we really appreciated the front man's service on our checkout day. The hotel has a proper drop off point, and the young gentleman at the door kindly communicated with the taxi driver to make sure the car came directly to the entrance. He even went outside to guide the driver around to the front while we stayed inside. It was about 18 degrees outside, and his effort did not go unnoticed. We were very grateful for his help. We plan to return to Korea in the near future, and we would happily stay here again.

Though Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole is a bit outside the very city center of Seoul, it's conveniently close to a metro station with good communications. The hotel is top notch in all aspects: service, facilities, rooms etc. I'd recommend it for anyone visiting Seoul.

Since the property is newly opened, I had both expectations and some doubts, to be honest. However, thanks to the friendly and professional staff, everything from check-in to the stay and room service went smoothly, and I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I was especially impressed by Owen Song, who took great care of every detail during check-in. It was particularly memorable that he accompanied me all the way to the elevator. Junnie Han from Bubblx also made my stay delightful with his kindness and a great sense of humor!
