Amazing staff being so careful with clients. Conciergerie team is absolutely great with Ryan and Eric. Nice design of the JR suite and good food quality.

Great views, spacious room and nice blackout curtains but few things stick out sorely. Hotel has alot of potential and unfortunately hindered by simple yet fundamental issues: 1. Water temp, inconsistent hot and cold. Rain shower isnt working well either. Clearly the rain shower head has some kind of flow limitation or water saving feature thats causing it to overflow from the top. Ended up just using the standard showerhead out of frustration. 2. Room ventilation, air feels stale in the bedroom. Not sure if its just cos of silent AC running but feels 'stuffy' for lack of better description. 3. Front door slams shut. For a 5 star hotel i honestly expected better quality. Loud noise when it slams shuts can be jarring to other guests too. The door lock operated from inside is also very stiff and hard to turn. Credit where its due: huge well equipped gym, clean rooms and sheets, convenient location beside train Hope you can improve on the above points esp 1 cos its quite basic. Thanks for having us.

Regarding the room ventilation, we would like to share that our air circulation system operates during the daytime to maintain a fresh environment. However, it appears this may not have been sufficient during your stay, and we will be conducting a thorough inspection to ensure optimal air quality. We would also like to carefully note that, as your room featured a spacious river-view layout, it is possible that the room temperature may have risen more during the daytime, which could have contributed to the feeling you described. Nevertheless, we fully understand your concern and will review this aspect in detail. We also appreciate you bringing the door mechanism and noise to our attention. We understand how such details can affect the overall comfort of your stay, and we will be addressing this with the relevant team to improve both functionality and guest experience. Your constructive feedback is invaluable, especially as it highlights fundamental areas where we must do better. As a gold member, room upgrade and welcome drinks..paid with my reward points..late checkout allowed my daughter an extra swim on the last day.. I recommend you raise the temperature of the pool in the evenings.. It was rather chilly.. But the life guards were very kind..will come back in september and december this year.. thank you
