The hotel is very nice with a great view from the higher floors. The location is also great and just right next to a nice mall with some good restaurants as well as next to the metro station which is super convenient. The room itself is very spacious and has everything that is needed. It' not about not liking, but if you have information leaflets in the rooms about when towels and bed linen is changed and what to do if you want a change before this, it should also be followed. It clearly says, towels on the floor = change. I never left my towels on the floor and yet everyday I got new towels. This is not very sustainable and against what you preach to do.

Had a really fantastic experience staying in this hotel! The hotel is directly connected to a mall and a subway station, which makes it really convenient for transportation. Across the street, there are also some restaurants open until midnight. The room was very new and clean, with a great view of Hangang. Hotel staffs are really professional and friendly, and happy to help with any problem. Thank you so much!

It was delightful to have our anniversary in Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole. Wife and I got married in 2024 nearby the hotel. And it was our first wedding anniversary in 2025.
