We really enjoyed our stay at Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Seoul! The location was incredibly convenient. The hotel is right next to Guui Station on Line 2, which made it very easy for us to get around and visit many of Seoul’s popular areas, including Seongsu, Myeongdong, Gangnam and Dongdaemun. Despite being so well connected, it was also a lovely and peaceful place to return to after a full day of exploring the city. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, which was another huge plus for us. There’s a supermarket, Artbox, OLENS, a bookstore and a lovely café downstairs, so it was really convenient whenever we wanted to pick up some groceries, do a little shopping or simply grab a coffee without having to travel elsewhere. We arrived at around 9am after a red-eye flight and understandably weren’t able to check in yet. What we really appreciated was being given access to a shower room where we could freshen up before heading out for the day. It was such a thoughtful amenity and made a huge difference after an overnight flight. The staff were also consistently friendly and hospitable throughout our stay. We were always greeted warmly whenever we returned to the hotel, and those little interactions made the hotel feel especially welcoming. Our room itself was comfortable and had a splendid view overlooking the Han River. Coming back to that view and a beautiful, comfortable room after spending the whole day out and about was one of our favourite parts of the stay. Overall, Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole was one of the highlights of our trip. Between the convenient location, beautiful views, thoughtful amenities and warm hospitality, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Ambassador Seoul East and would highly recommend it to any traveller. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, which made for a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the metro, and the convenience of having a shopping mall right within the building is a huge bonus, making everything easily accessible without even stepping outside. There are plenty of dining options in the surrounding area to suit all tastes, and one of the highlights for me was being able to see the Han River directly from my room — truly a beautiful view. The staff were outstanding — professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The hotel Wi-Fi was also impressively fast and stable, even when connected to a VPN, which is something I always appreciate when travelling. Overall a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again!
