The stay at Pullman Ambassador Eastpole was far above our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly, ultimately helpful and sincerely accommodating. The mall and the subway station that was connected to the hotel made our stay very convenient. The hotel restaurant as well as room service was pleasantly delicious. And last but definitely not least the gym and pool were clean, modern and easy to acess. Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable.

I stayed here for four days and had an excellent experience. I’m very satisfied with everything: the service, the friendly attitude of the front desk and concierge staff, room cleanliness, daily housekeeping, and the overall maintenance of the room.
The attitude of front desk and concierge team was especially outstanding, they made me feel really comfortable.
What I love most is the location. It’s right next to the subway station, and there is a shopping mall downstairs, so it’s super convenient to go anywhere.
I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Korea.

One of our three rooms had a free upgrade from deluxe twin to a premier family suite!
Also, we forgot to book in advance for jumbo taxis to take us to KTX station in the morning. So the concierge with another staff (so many thanks, ladies!) really quickly helped us calling 4 regular taxis -because it was last minute, quite difficult to find 2 jumbo ones- making sure to the taxi drivers the address, the train departure time, asked them to drive fast! And they do it happily, we’re so thankful and impressed 🫶
The obvious: hotel location, adjacent to a big mall with great shops. Perfection!

Thank you Pullman for making my son’s birthday trip more memorable!
From the booking process, the reservation team, especially Sally, was very helpful with my special requests.
Upon arrival, Julie from the concierge helped us with our luggage also baby stroller, she approach us from concierge table to the entrance. Such a small gesture made a great impression.
Check in with Ellen from the front desk was smooth. She explained the hotel facilities well and could speak English, Korean, and Japanese. Great asset to the hotel!
The hotel facilities are great and still feel new, Happy 1st Anniversary by the way recently. The swimming pool was the highlight for me and my family. The location is also excellent, with direct access to the mall and metro.
Our room was spacious and had a smart room system for the lights and curtains. Amenities were also good.
One small concern is the train noise until midnight, which may be a problem for light sleepers. Luckily, I slept well haha.
The sink faucet was a little hard to use, and the bathroom ventilation was difficult to find (no on/off button). There was also a slight smell in the bathroom, so an air freshener might help.
During check out, the concierge team also helped us book a taxi. I didn’t get his name, but he had a Golden Key. Thank you!
Overall, well done, Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole tea! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again in the future.

At the level of 25, the noise of the train appears in the hotel room. It is unclear how to set the air conditioning to silent mode or reduce the fan speed (did not ask the staff about it). Breakfast: sometimes the capacity was not sufficient. Can you somehow send a note to the guest when it is overbooked before they go there?

Overall, the experience was great. My only complaint is the design of the shower compartment. There is no convenient place to put the bath towel where it can be easily reached when you finish showering. In addition, because the door opens outward and the bottom of the door is very close to the floor, there is no space to place a foot towel.

This is the second time I stay at the hotel, the place is new and tidy, we feel like being home. The only point is in winter time, the temperature is set to be 25 degree only and we need to borrow a fan which is quite not convenience and user friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Seoul!
The location was incredibly convenient. The hotel is right next to Guui Station on Line 2, which made it very easy for us to get around and visit many of Seoul’s popular areas, including Seongsu, Myeongdong, Gangnam and Dongdaemun. Despite being so well connected, it was also a lovely and peaceful place to return to after a full day of exploring the city.
The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, which was another huge plus for us. There’s a supermarket, Artbox, OLENS, a bookstore and a lovely café downstairs, so it was really convenient whenever we wanted to pick up some groceries, do a little shopping or simply grab a coffee without having to travel elsewhere.
We arrived at around 9am after a red-eye flight and understandably weren’t able to check in yet. What we really appreciated was being given access to a shower room where we could freshen up before heading out for the day. It was such a thoughtful amenity and made a huge difference after an overnight flight.
The staff were also consistently friendly and hospitable throughout our stay. We were always greeted warmly whenever we returned to the hotel, and those little interactions made the hotel feel especially welcoming.
Our room itself was comfortable and had a splendid view overlooking the Han River. Coming back to that view and a beautiful, comfortable room after spending the whole day out and about was one of our favourite parts of the stay.
Overall, Pullman Ambassador Seoul Eastpole was one of the highlights of our trip. Between the convenient location, beautiful views, thoughtful amenities and warm hospitality, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.
