Upon arrival we had a speedy check in…staff were always smiling & happy to help. We stayed in a family suite & room was good for what we needed & cleaned every day. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment…but there is a shop / supermarket just round the corner. All in all a lovely hotel & I would be happy to stay again if I ever get back over to Vienna. Thank you & all the best for 2026. 1 ❤️ from Manchester!

Amazing Room very large and with all, even little kitchen and drinking water, but small shared area where have breakfast and wait before go outside. So close to the metro (just one stop from Praterstern). We were a family of 4 with kids of 9y and 5y We highly recommend it!
