The room was not clean deeply. All the towels have POOP on them which is very disgusting. Talk to the receptionist and she was not even sorry! She asked the housekeeper for new towels and that’s all! Also I let her know about the clogged sink and no help! Was the worse thing and experience ever.

Sadly substandard: + The suite itself was designed adequately and quite modern + the reception staff was welcoming + the breakfast offered a broad selection to choose from + broad selection of amenities and services - the bathroom "container" as a plastic insert into the room seemed quite cheep - the selection of goods in the minibar was quite narrow - sadly the room was not fully clean: curtains, paper basket, bathroom - the bathroom drain was clogged therfore not usable and despite our timely report was not fixed throughout our stay (1 night) - the staff in the breakfast area was partly rather rude (pushed through the guests to refill goods)

Comfortable and clean junior suite located in a peaceful area, just a 5-minute walk from the metro. The room was spacious and nicely equipped, with good facilities and very reliable WiFi. Special mention to the housekeeping staff — 10/10 for keeping the room spotless throughout our stay. The main downside is the parking, which is quite expensive at €26 per day. Breakfast is also not included and comes at an additional cost. There is, however, a public APCOA parking facility about 500 meters from the hotel that costs only €25 per week. Unfortunately, this option was not mentioned by the hotel staff, which would have been very helpful to know. One other thing that surprised me was that the reception staff generally did not greet guests when passing by, even when I tried to greet them. Perhaps this is simply a cultural difference, but it did feel a little unusual compared with other hotels we have stayed at, but that for sure is not a dealbreaker for me but a bit off-throwing making you consider twice before asking for support. Overall, though, this is definitely good value for money. I would happily recommend it and would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Room was good, quite spacious. Breakfast was also good with a lot of choices. Unfortunately, with one day left of my stay I got food poisoning from one of the items from the breakfast buffet. I still can't figure out which one.

Excellent stay in family suite on 5th floor. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Clean well maintained room with fridge, microwave kettle and coffee maker. Excellent location 2min from metro tram and bus. 2 stops to centre of city. Did not eat there but looked very good. Staff were very helpful and provided plenty of coffee pods and ironing board on request. Air-conditioning and free WiFi was very good.

We notified the reception team various times about mini bar not functioning properly - the answer was "Yes, this is a problem for some rooms". But no solution. The reception team at night was staring at the phone all time, no "hi, good evening, etc". We left some cups and glasses to be picked up...we had to leave them on the floor to make sure they would pick them up next time. Room service did not empty the trash bins as well. The hair dryer was also not working - again notified the team with no solution.

Everything was superb... check-in, staff, rooms, cleanliness and thankful for acknowledging our request of late check-out for one of our suite's out two which we had.

I expected more. Novotel is usually my go-to choice, and I’ve always been happy with my stays at Novotel, so unfortunately this experience was a bit disappointing. We booked a Novotel Suite because we were traveling as a family and expected the extra space and comfort to make our stay more convenient. The room was very spacious. Wich was nice. Unfortunately, the mini-fridge was not working and didn’t cool our drinks. There was also no ice dispenser, so we had no way to keep our store-bought drinks cold. The sofa bed was another disappointment. My children have slept on sofa beds many times before, but this one was of poor quality and not very comfortable. The duvet provided on the sofabed alwad a small one. So se asked for an extra so that each of our children could have their own, but we were told that none were available. The staff were not particularly helpful, which made these issues even more frustrating. On the positive side, the location was good — close to the U-Bahn while still being in a quiet area. Breakfast was also okay, although nothing particularly stood out. Overall, it was an average stay, but considering the Novotel brand and our previous experiences, we expected a lot more from this hotel.

This is the second time I've chosen this hotel. The rooms are larger than usual. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is large and beautiful. There is a sink with drinking water in the room. It is located 10 minutes from the Prater.

Good location very near to S line and family room was great - AC could have been better
