I had a three-night stay at this hotel. As a frequent traveler, I was disappointed by the poor service and sub-par conditions I experienced. During my stay, I noticed mold on the bathroom ceiling and requested to have it removed. However, when I returned that evening, the issue had not been properly addressed. When I reported it to the front desk a second time, the staff member offered no apology, simply stating, "probably they forgot." While my room was eventually changed after I requested it, the lack of cleanliness and the dismissive response from your reception team fell far below expectations. I hope you will address these issues with your staff to improve future guest experiences.

Very reasonably priced hotel with an underground parking, but the extras of parking and breakfest for whole family especaily the children results in larger expenses. Unable to book with 3 kids (one of which aged 4) just one family room.

Location was great. Food was nothing to rave about. Housekeeping services were AWFUL. No room service either.

Comfortable hotel, little bit far from restaurants etc. Breakfast was good, plenty of seating in lobby areas. Several lifts so never a long wait. Everywhere was clean. Bed comfortable but only 1 small pillow each?! More were given when asked at reception but surely 2 is usually the norm? Also no bin other than small one in bathroom and no safety deposit box. Did enjoy our stay but a few changes would make it even better.
