Very nice and friendly receptionist, especially Angelica. Very clean and spacious room and it has a towel warmer that's very convenient for hanging and drying tiny clothing, socks, etc. Happy with our stay here. Free minibar which is also a plus.

Our three families booked 3 rooms. We all had a great & pleasant stay at the Mercure Munich. Oh, by the way, we had the best, hands down,all-inclusive hotel breakfast ever. Kudos to the kitchen staff. We stayed at the Mercure in Bana Hills, Danang, VN last year, and it was no where near the wonderful experience we have had this time. Thanks to all the staff at Mercure Munich.

The shower drain from room 310, does not work at normal parameters, practically the bathtub fills with water with every shower, even if we save water. (I hope this is the right place for this kind of comment).

Our favorite hotel in Munich mainly beceause it's in walking distance to the Opera House. It's a rather basic hotel but still expensive. The breakfast restaurant is small, so it can be very busy. If they would seat people as they do in many other hotels, it wouldn't be such a hassle to get a table. The way it is now two people often occupy a 4 or 6 person table leaving less room for other guests.
