I'm really good at staying Novotel because it's not only close by everywhere but also have nice folks to make our stay happy with my family. There is only one topic needs to be improved that breakfast waitress could be more friendly especially while asking for room number and getting pay which we know the process.

Throughout our stay, the used coffee mugs in our room were not cleaned, and we had to wash them ourselves. This falls below expected housekeeping standards. On the second day, when we returned, our key card was not working in the lift, requiring us to go to the front desk to resolve the issue. At reception, the gentleman responded in a sarcastic manner, asking, “You only have one card?” We explained that the other card had been left in the room. Upon returning to the room, we discovered that the card had been removed by housekeeping, which caused all our devices to stop charging. This is unacceptable. As travelers, we depend on having our devices fully charged, and this disruption caused unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, the unprofessional attitude at the front desk further worsened our experience.

The room we moved to on the third floor was not as nice as our original room on the 13 floor. We moved because the bed in 13 was not large enough. The third floor room had an adjoins door to next room. Not in favour of that. The bathtub shower situation was not great as water from shower went all over the floor so we had to change towels every day. Room service never replenished our coffee sachets so we had to go to front desk every day to ask for some coffee for the room.

The staff were friendly and the location was fantastic for getting around. Our room was quite warm and the aircon didn’t work. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a great choice but I would avoid the juices as it was swarming in ants around the spouts that refill the jugs. The kids enjoyed watching the breakfast area robot.
