I would like to thank the staff who helped to chkin my stay, Vojtech. He allowed us to have early chkin and gladly granted complimentary late chkout for the 2 rooms I had booked. This helps us alot as we only have a nite in Vienna. Also thank to En (hopefully i got her name correctly) who helped to re-do our card as th e late chkout wasnt properly registered on the cards.. Two great staff who made our our satisfaction/expression of Novotel to another higher level. Thank you. Highly recommended hotel if you go Vienna. My go-to stay in Novotel Bangkok, too.
