Mold in the bathroom. Not all products during breakfast were fresh.

The presence of mold in the bathroom is unacceptable, and we apologize for this oversight. We will inform our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately to ensure this is addressed and prevented in the future. We’re also sorry to hear that some breakfast items did not seem fresh and that the booking process, as well as the air-conditioning noise, caused inconvenience. Your comments regarding pricing transparency and room availability across split bookings are noted and will be shared with our reservations and technical teams for review.
