The only guy Receptionist at this Hotel will not be welcoming. He is not interested at you at all, doesn't look at you while speaking, carrying a smile is a precious waste for him. About the rooms, Extremely bad Air-conditioning and Ventilation system. 90% of the rooms had the window opened in Novotel and the budget Ibis nearby which is clear they have a problem that they are not willing to solve. The staff are looking worried to the core of losing their job from the Reception to the Restaurant staff, the reason is think is the fancy robot carrying the dishes probably. Amsterdam to Vienna they are the same. Service and hospitality are gone done comparing to my stay in Barcelona.

Everything was as expected. One minor issue was the taxi which I booked from the reception a night before the check out. When asked for the taxi during the check out they informed me there was not booking under my room number. I had ti use bolt my self to book the Taxi.

average hotel, good if you need railway and metro access, 3 taxi stations, you have lots of shops around...belvedere is also very near..good for solo travelers not for families...
