I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over different seasons throughout the year, and the experience has always been excellent. This time it was just one night, shared with my mum, and everything was once again perfectly arranged. As Gold members, we were kindly rewarded with a room upgrade and connecting rooms. We also appreciated the small welcome gifts and the complimentary, fully stocked minibar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the rooms were wonderfully quiet and soundproof, and the view overlooking Belvedere Palace was truly beautiful. The staff were consistently kind and attentive, welcome drinks were offered on arrival, and late check-out made our departure relaxed and unhurried. A hotel that delivers reliable quality, comfort, and genuine hospitality every single time.
