The hotel was well located, clean and nice. The only problem we had was with the kettle in the room. I tried to make a tea, poured one cup of water in the kettle and plugged it in. When starting to boil, the kettle would not stop and started splashing hot water all over the table and very close to the plug, as the kettle had a very short cable. I quickly unplugged it and wiped it with a towel. But the chances of getting electrocuted were pretty high.

we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. it was so well situated for public transport links which was important to us as we are a family with small children. The staff made sure that we had interconnecting rooms which were spacious and clean. The play area by reception was a really nice touch and both our daughters loved it

The hotel in itself is amazing but service can be easily rated a 2 star. I've been to similar hotels where the staff goes above and beyond to provide the required level of service. We had a brilliant stay but struggled to only a few coffee sachets off the staff. We had booked a family room n are all coffee lovers. There were only 2 sachets of coffee n when I asked the cleaners with the trolleys who usually refill these, they just refused to hand over the coffee sachets and asked us to ho to the reception. We just headed out into the city for the day and had our coffee in another cafe. Later on returning, although the room was cleaned no refilling of the tea, coffee, milk and sugar which is usually some at every hotel we've been to. We finally went to the reception at 1 am to make sure we have our coffee for the morning before heading out again... shockingly the reception said they had none in stock n that we can put in an online request. We did write an online request at 1.30 am before going to bed. Someone comes knocking at our door at 6am to give us a small box with ONE sachet of coffee in it and no milk. There were 3 tea packs which I didn't need !!! It's a 4 star hotel and I really did expect such low service from the staff. I couldn't believe that it was so hard to just get some coffee sachets from the staff. We like to experience a good coffee by the window and experience some good moments while on a holiday but this was totally ruined.
