Frustratingly underwhelming, and the reason that I’m using all my points and will then cut ties with this brand. It’s such a lottery booking with Accor - with this hotel we asked for green tea in the room when we checked in, and was told that it’d be 5mins, didn’t stock it, be there soon over the following 24 hours. It was only after I said I’d go and buy my own did any turn up.
