The Novotel Hauptbahnhof is very well located with great size of room comparing to the hotels we had in Vienna. The room lay out and size is pretty descent, great bedding too as well as a heartfelt breakfast with enough choices of Non Pork/Ham choices. Still could improve bathroom and room amenities but overall it was a pleasant stay.

We were shocked that there was no minibar or small refrigerator in the room to store medications and special food. This is the first time in my life that I’ve stayed in a hotel—or even a guesthouse or a tent—without a minibar. Shocking and disappointing.

At the same time, we regret that we could not fully meet your expectations in some areas. Please note that the water bottles are provided as a welcome gesture on the day of arrival. For the duration of your stay, our Viennese high spring water of drinking water quality is available to you at any time. Slippers are not included in the standard room category, and minibars have been removed for environmental and energy reasons – a decision that is part of our sustainability strategy.
