Clean and big rooms, with really confortable beds. Great staff and good restaurant as well. Just 1 minute walking to the main station so easy to move around by public transport

I never met a 4-star hotel what would not have a fridge in the room, I am very disappointed of the situation.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We regret to hear that your expectations were not met and truly apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our Standard Rooms do not include a minibar or fridge, which is noted in the room description, but we understand your disappointment and will review how this information is communicated to ensure it is clearer in the future. Our Executive Rooms and Suites do offer a fully stocked minibar with daily replenishment. We also apologize for the delay at check-in and the issue with redeeming your reward points. This should have been a smooth process, and we appreciate your patience. Lastly, we're sorry to hear that the breakfast did not meet your standards — your comments have been shared with the relevant departments for internal review and improvement. Well located for transportation. Good facilities were offered for use of guests, with minibar consumption included as part of the cost. Good number oif electrical outlets provided, and in practical places. Spacious bedroom and bathroom.
