A wonderful stay at Hotel Am Konzerthaus. We were upgraded and given free use of the mini bar as well as a drink/chocolates for our wedfing anniversary.The breakfast was divine especially the Austrian cakes as well as the coffee which was made on the spot. Everything was immaculately clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly leaving night gifts with music on in the background ehen we returned in the evening. A great experience all round!! Thank you

Fantastic experience. The hotel is great in all sense, from service to food, attention to detail , decoration and location. We (2 teens and us) loved it. Excellent value for money on top to that. The inner city is at 15-20mn walk but nice and easy to reach . Even in very cold temperatures we enjoyed the walk. But otherwise the taxi station is right next to the hotel

We always stay at the hotel for its professional and friendly staff. I love the little extras we were given, like the Christmas Card and small box of chocolates, also the glass of prosecco to celebrate our 2nd Wedding Anniversary.

I’m a critical traveller and must say the hotel looks really nice om the inside, the rooms (I had superior) was spacious and quiet. Find some hairs a couple of times could have been a little cleaner. Breakfast was really good with a large choice of various items. Only thing for me missing was french toast and pineapple juice. Centre is about 10 minutes by foot away. Staff was helpfull and friendly. I would definately would come again when in Vienna and would give my stay 4.7 out of 5 stars.
