Loved my stay at this stylish hotel, great location too, you can reach all main attractions on foot, very convenient! Beautiful Stadtpark a few minutes away and two metro stations close by, clean and spacey room, just perfect to relax after wandering around. Nespresso machine was a great plus too! Nia from reception team was fantastic, helped me with all my questions. Definitely come again when next time visiting Vienna!

We booked for one night, a short visit to Vienna after a long Europe vacation. Our 1 night stay at the hotel was excellent as we were able to take a very good rest. Staff are super friendly and special thanks to Madleine at the ground floor restaurant and bar. She was super sweet and very vigilant to accommodate the guest when needed ❤️

The hotel is overall good and well located. Unfortuantely, the staff at reception is not very attentive. I had to ask on daily basis for the coffee machine to be fixed but it never was. In addition, the room was rather dusty and I decided to ask for it to be cleaned on a daily basis.

Reception staff were wonderful and helpful, always friendly and prompt with any request I had. The safe deposit boxes at reception were brilliant, if you are worried about not wanting to leave laptops etc in a luggage room before check-in. The location of the hotel is great for public transport, and also very walkable to many tourist sites (the 4A bus is literally at the hotels doorstep and takes you right to the center). Room was well maintained and also aesthetic, I was in a 5th floor corner room with a lovely large window overlooking the artistic buildings across the road. Overall, a great find. Safe, convenient and efficient.

I love your hotel. I've stayed there twice on extended stays. Your hotel staff is excellent, very polite, and accommodating. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the wait staff are professional. What I found odd were the rooms. During my first stay, my room had a desk but no cloth for showering and washing. My colleagues' rooms included washcloths, and we were on the same floor. During my second stay, my room was an engineering marvel. It was built into the very corner of the building, making maximum use of the available space. The downside was no desk. The upside was a washcloth but only for the first day. When the hotel staff refreshed the room the following day, they took the washcloth and didn't replenish it. These are odd but little things that would not deter me from staying at the MGallery again. Thanks again for another wonderful stay.
