Service, breakfast, politeness of the employees is, as always in your hotel, impeccable. It's just a very pity as I stayed quite some times already in your hotel, they I've never got upgraded to one of your suites.

Very well located and comfortable hotel. Unfortunately the city was constructing a metro stop outside our window which entailed all night heavy excavation. We were not warned of this but they did leave 6 pairs of earplugs scattered around the room. Also, on the first morning all of our soap dispensers were empty which was frustrating. However, we liked the hotel, breakfast was excellent, the staff were polite and positive, the rooms were comfortably and pleasingly furnished, the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the L’Occitane products once the dispensers were filled. We will definitely consider returning on our next visit to Vienna.

A wonderful stay at Hotel Am Konzerthaus. We were upgraded and given free use of the mini bar as well as a drink/chocolates for our wedfing anniversary.The breakfast was divine especially the Austrian cakes as well as the coffee which was made on the spot. Everything was immaculately clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly leaving night gifts with music on in the background ehen we returned in the evening. A great experience all round!!
