My hotel experience was nice despite of being short, room was satisfying, breakfast was very pleasant, but my stay had been tarnished by the fact that staff was unable to recognize my Accor membership and also unable to grant me points for my stay. I consider it as very non-customer friendly decision.

Location is not great as there are no stores/food close by. Room was not well organized, scuff marks on walls, no art and bathtub is too high to enter easily.

We regret that our location did not feel convenient to you. However, there are several shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and our front desk team is always more than happy to provide directions or recommendations tailored to our guests’ preferences. We are also very sorry that the condition and layout of the room did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the walls and overall presentation have been taken seriously. Rest assured, we are pleased to share that we have already begun renovating selected rooms to further enhance comfort and overall presentation. Regarding the bathtub, we understand that accessibility is very important. We would like to mention that we also offer rooms with walk-in showers, which can be requested in advance. We would be delighted to assist with such preferences to ensure a more comfortable stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced. Great staff but beyond the lobby the hotel was a little underwhelming.
