How this hotel is only 4 stars I do not know!! Stayed here for our honeymoon and the hotel impressed us massively! Gave us a free room upgrade and left us a lovely welcome gift on arrival to toast our special occasion! Good food recommendations from staff as well and all super friendly! A short walk (roughly 15 minutes) to the centre of Vienna! Will definitely be returning on a future trip!

Sad the little things let you down, 2 tea,2 coffee, not enough.. cost so little. Barman was Irritated when I asked him to change my lager too a light lager .. he needs to be nice at all times not just when picking up tips
