Instil service, but wish there were drawers or shelves to unpack suitcase onto. Five nights is a long time to live out of a suitcase and there was no way to organize and reduce clutter. Also wish hair conditioner was supplied, since all other amenities were there. Also, no cocktails could be served until 4 pm, which was unfortunate. Wine and beer were available , so why not mixed drinks?

The hotel is both comfortable and well positioned for a visitor to Vienna. The staff were lovely and accommodating and I truly enjoyed my stay, it made my first trip memorable and I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed for 3 nights and we were very pleased with the comfort and the convenient location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The lady (Lea) with whom we checked in was of great assistance to us on a number of occasions. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable with a very good bathroom and shower. We asked for a quiet room and were pleased that we got a room not overlooking the street. The breakfast had a very good choice of hot and cold food and with staff constantly topping up as things ran low. We ate in the bar one evening and the food was good and served quickly, though we thought it to be a little expensive for bar food and didn't eat there again. Location was good with a couple of different tram stops close-by. The hotel was convenient for walking or taking a tram to Schloss Belvedere, Musikverein, Vienna State Opera and Hofburg, which were the main sights that we wanted to see.

Everything was nice clean and comfortable. Very professional and friendly staff. There were some smallest details that made my experience not perfect. The wardrobe door didn’t work, slippers were not provided, coffee and tea were not refilled once. The corner of the black wall was damaged and had a lot of white spots. All these tiniest details do not allowed to say that everything was perfect. But it was very good
