Nice clean hotel that is next to the main railway station. There are also several tram lines close by. Very easy to get around Vienna. The area felt safe and clean. There’s a supermarket and a few restaurants nearby. The hotel had a nice breakfast buffet and had chilled water and beer on tap at reception.

Good hotel, safe and convenient location, safe drinking water and complementary tea were a plus. Check in was smooth. Hotel carpets were on the dirtier side in the halls and room. Hotel was kept very hot, unable to adjust temperature much in the rooms. Rooms should be equipped with a fridge.

Stay was overall good without much hassle and with a decent breakfast spread! Would like to point out few things like the towel sizes which were just too small and the hand wash nozzle was pointed to such an inconvenient direction that using it was really difficult. Basic thing which I am sure can be sorted!

Several times a year we stay at this Ibis right next to the Vienna Central Train Station. The hotel is close to multiple forms of transportations. The rooms are the quietest we've ever stayed in!
