HBF Ibis in Vienna is sill brand new shiny clean hotel. For a fair price you get all you need to sleep over and future travel day, decent bed, ok breakfast and seconds long walk to train station.

This was not our first time in this Ibis hotel. I believe this speaks how much we value the hotel, its amenities, convenient location, wonderful breakfast, and all other comforts it offers. However, I'd specifically like to outline the outstanding service provided by the entire staff, and I'm especially grateful to Arturs Galcovs for his kind help and assistance regarding a forgotten phone. We forgot it in one of the rooms and he personally located it and sent it to us. The phone is already with us. It's in perfect condition thanks to the excellent packaging as well. Many thanks!
