Excellent stay that was almost faultless. This is my go to hotel when staying in Vienna due to the location right next to Hbf. The only critical comment I will give is in relation to the beds. The mattresses are becoming worn and are a bit sunken, some consideration should be given for replacement.

The hotel was in a great area. The staff were polite and extremely helpful! The hotel is very clean with great amenities for all. The downstairs bar and seating area was great to chill in. The rooms were clean comfortable and the shower was amazing! The breakfast in the morning had a great selection and the staff were always cleaning and topping up food. Overall a great hotel.
