Better than we expected, the hotel is located in an industrial estate and is fairly basic. However it is well frequented and the restaurant attached is used both by guests and locals. Banged my head on the bunk bed during the night, could have foregone the experience. Can’t understand why our dogs were allowed in the busy restaurant but not in the breakfast room when we were the only people there?

Room should be cleaner

Practical for a night stay - however got charged twice!

It was a nice stay, although parking was difficult and we ended up having to park at the back of the hotel with our packed car. Also I found out a few days later that I had been charged twice for the stay! I did the online check in as in the past I had the unpleasent experience on Ibis Budget Liege of getting the booking canceled as we arrived after 10pm (we were traveling and got delayed...) although my credit card details are in my ALL - accor account. So I paid for the stay on the online check-in and got charged again on my other card after the fast check-out. Still waiting to be contacted by the hotel regarding the refund of one of the charges!

Our regular stop over. Check in was good as was the breakfast but the room, although comfortable, was somewhat tired looking and in need of decorating. Evening meal at the adjoining Campanile was very good.

We use Ibis Budget hotels when travelling as our dog usually accompanies us. They are normally extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. This one was very good, with the added bonus of a restaurant attached, where we ate (very good meal). It is so useful for us to know that we will be comfortable and that there is no problem with the dog. For reliable and economical service, unbeatable.

Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast service was good- enough variety on the buffet counter to meet my needs though I noticed that One coffee machine seemed to cut out on two mornings. Room was comfortable, as was the bed but I think there is enough space on the wall for something other than the TV. A print perhaps ?
