I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. We have taken note of your remarks regarding accommodation : we are sorry you felt like you did not have enough towels. Upon simple request at the reception desk , we would have provided you with more so that you feel more comfortable. As for towels left on the floor, we have double checked all cleaning dailytasks and your room was reported as cleaned everyday. Should there be any lack of service, the reception team is available to help you and resolve any matter. It is a shame that you did not come to see us when you were here so that we answer any demand or solve any issue. As for the carpark card, indeed we have only one access and we are sorry it was no longer available. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
