We were tired but the friendly wellcome helped. The room was simple but clean. Breakfast was fine. Good price. Parking space ok, closeby. Windows could be opened, that was nice and gave us fresh air. Do not change the formula, keep some real people in the hotel … they made the difference for us, with just a smile and a friendly word

You Ibis hotel is already old and to mush noise can be heard when people is moving in the corridors. Noise isolation have to be much better!!!

Stayover on the way to Pirtugal. Unfortunately restaurant was closed, had to order pizza from outside.

The chamber maids did a great job and were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room overall was clean.

Hotel's location awesome! Hotel's staff very polite and much helpful! Room's lack of carpet are certainly a big PLUS! BUT within a pandemic era like the one all humanity traverses, I would expect that Airco's filters would be cleaned and the room's (blinds) curtains would be higienized.

everything was fine except for the room - it had a strong smell of smoke and the bathroom doors and walls were dirty (booger on door) - did not feel the entire room was thoroughly cleaned.

Friendly staff but website pictures does not match with the real state of the rooms. Dirty bathroom, very old bed clothes, tiny room and horrible decorated. Too expensive stay for the overall quality of the hotel.

Hotel perfect for Biarritz or Bayonne

It's a airport hotel, but nicely out of the bustle of the centre of town. It's a 30-40 minute walk to Biarritz, but the price paid is so much better value (with some exercise for free) Hotel is friendly - and due to Covid, has some restrictions. Staff are doing their best and I found the hotel lived up to the Ibis brand. I also walked to Bayonne (also around 30-40 minutes). Parking is easy .. some free parking outside and also the hotel parking. Minutes from the airport. Good breakfast, and the hotel are dealing well with managing this during Covid.

Rooms Fine, No Restaurant

The hotel itself is fine but the restaurant was closed and they sent us down to another Accor hotel - the Novotel just down the road. The food and service there was definitely not 4 star which the hotel is supposed to be. No English translation of the menu which for a 4 star hotel is bad. Then some of the food was not cooked properly and finally the system for paying the bill was very slow - requiring a visit to 2 desks. Thomas was the only member of staff who tried to help - thanks to him for that. If staying here, it would be best to find another place to eat and don't use the Novotel

We stay at this hotel regularly. It is always comfortable but two disappointments are the lack of a restaurant and, as at most Ibis hotels we have stayed in in France, no English speaking stations on the TV.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy check-in/out, good location and good value. Large free car park. No restaurant for evening meals so need to use Novotel next door. Would use again. But why do they make you use 200 characters!!!

Served its purpose for a stopover, but the hotel is slightly dated. Breakfast was fine, but dinner is no longer served there which wasn't great, even with a 10% discount at the nearby novotel it didn't really fit with the plan.
