We are pleased to read that you appreciated our location, the easy access to our parking area, as well as the overall value of your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the odor in the first room and the missing towels. We are glad we were able to offer you another room and assist you during your stay. On that particular evening, our colleague at reception was working alone and, while fluent in French and Spanish, was unfortunately less comfortable communicating in English. We understand this may have made interactions more difficult, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding luggage storage, please note that we do have luggage racks available in the hotel lobby, which our guests are welcome to use at any time. In the rooms, our shelving has been designed to be compact and functional; it is suitable for placing a small suitcase on top. However, you are absolutely right that larger suitcases may not fit easily due to the room layout.
