In general, all good. The only less positive was on the check in, no welcome drink having a gold status.

Used this Hotel some years ago, convenient stop from Caen and dog friendly. Friendly helpful check in. Unfortunately no longer a restaurant for evening meal, just a small selection of pizzas, which is fine if you like pizza! Fine for us. Good selection at breakfast buffet. Rooms clean and comfortable.

All firedoors were fixed open, and could not be closed.

Dear SUE F., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis Biarritz-Anglet Aéroport. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Concerning fire doors, its operation is linked to the alarm system of the building in question. You should know that normally the PCF is held by an electromagnet connected to the system and keeping it in the open position. As soon as the fire alarm goes off, this magnet releases the door.
