Hotel has plenty to offer with indoor/outdoor pools, sauna, gym and the option of a sea dip as well - staff were very helpful as well

The hotel was nice, no a/c for winter months although it was still high 79's . Restaurant staff was not professional and did not want to help since I spoke to them in English a real bummer as expected in France,

Your comfort is important to us, and we regret that the A/C wasn't available during your stay but as you said, this is due to the season. As for your experience with our restaurant staff, this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologize if you felt unwelcome. We’ll address this internally to ensure all of our guests feel well cared for, regardless of the language they speak.
