Gorgeous view and delicious food. Extremely comfortable bed except for the fact that it was way too hot in the rooms.

All the employees are extremely helpful and kind. They aim to insure we have a great experience. The hotel is well situated and the Thalasso experience was extraordinary, i advise everyone to di it. My main complain and it has been as such for the last 7 years, there is not enough people working at the hotel to provide a 5 stars experience so you better have a lot of patience and the hotel is falling apart which is shameful for the price and supposed 5 stars rating. What makes me comeback every year is the lack of choice in Biarritz otherwise i would go elsewhere. I think Acccor is leveraging it to do the strict minimum.
