Staff were great except the bartender who didn’t seem to know what he was doing. View from the balcony was amazing!

The hotel needs to be upgraded. My bathroom sink was completely craked (room 524) and the door to the toilet did not close. Staff was very friendly. Room was large and comfortable

We had a great stay at the Sofitel. The spa was amazing and provided a relaxing, although rainy retreat. Our dog Tito had a wonderful time on our balcony overlooking the ocean. Thank you for the upgrade!
