Very disappointed with my dinner - the replacement for the entrecôte (which was no longer available) was disgusting - it was like eating a piece of leather

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. We liked the spacious room and bathroom, the nice gym and pool. The breakfast was fantastic. The Hotel is short distance from the airport and Biarritz is easy to reach by the local bus. The only downside was the design of the shower partition however overall we are happy with our stay

The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast buffet Edinborough foods on it, which was very nice. I think the only downside is that the tubs to get into the shower are way too high and should be upgraded
