I enjoyed my stay but found myself a little embarrassed over not bringing my accor card with me. i would have preferred someone to let me know about needing it. Other than that I enjoyed the food, the comfortable room, and the massage I got.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel; it fell far short of a 4-star experience. To be fair, the gym was satisfactory and the pool area looked nice, but a hotel has to get the fundamentals right—and the room experience was deeply disappointing. Both the room and hallways felt stark and depressing. Lighting was a major issue: one lamp in the room was completely broken, and the remaining light alternated between gloomy dimness and harsh, fluorescent bulbs that felt cheap rather than high-end or eco-conscious. Maintenance and furnishings were equally lacking. The walls had heavy texture covered in high-gloss paint, with visible chipping on the doors and door jambs. Instead of a proper closet with doors, the room had an open, flimsy setup reminiscent of cheap flat-pack furniture for a college dorm. Nice amenities like the pool don't make up for a poor room, and I wouldn't recommend this property to a friend.

I expected more from a Novotel labeled hotel. Having stayed at other Novotels across the World, this one is just not up to the task. It's an old building from the 1980 or early 90s, that that been redecorated, but the private spaces remain from other times when hotels were more compact. Also, parking is chaotic with irrationally narrow spaces that end up with all your car's doors all hit by next car's doors. Bedding OK, Cleanliness OK, Soundproofing also OK, good shower, although a little difficult for taller people (a consequence of the redecoration and adaptation from an old building). Toilets are separated, and WC space slightly bigger than in an airplane. I was told at the front desk that there are floor with newer rooms, but my experience was this, and as they say, there is no second chance for first impressions. For me, not worth the price.

We had a one night stay between 2 weeks of holiday. It was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and dinner at the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Allergy labelling was standard which we appreciated. We had a suite which worked well for a family of 4 with us effectively having 2 linked rooms.

Lovely stay in a great hotel and the grounds and pool were lovely. Breakfast and the room were very good. Almost everything was perfect, the only bad point was the three ladies running the bar and restaurant who were not friendly and at various times they were clearly discussing my wife plainly in derogatory terms making us feel deeply uncomfortable I can only assume as we cannot speak French as other guest were treated much better. We are always very polite especially so as we are unfortunately lacking in French dialogue. This attitude I fully understand in a rural local shop but in a multinational hotel chain it is extremely poor. It was especially noticeable as all other staff we met were very friendly and welcoming including the cleaning staff. I cannot comment on the restaurant due to my above point, we simply went elsewhere.
