Had to change rooms due to AC not working. Second room was no better than the first, thank God i was given a fan! Room was hot and stuffy the entire time. Never below 19 Celsius. Friendly staff, when you could locate them.

1. The bathroom was not properly maintained: the shower water was not draining, and it was not adequately cleaned after each guest. Consequently, I contracted a severe foot infection, typically experienced in public swimming pools, not in such expensive hotels. 2. The USB charging connector next to the bed had a loose connection and did not charge my phone during the night. As a result, I went to the conference the next morning with a dead phone battery. 3. On the positive side, I was happy with the gym and breakfast.
