Fitore was really helpful and other staff members in the reception beautiful location by the seaside as well. Rooms were very clean and always cleaned by the staff the food variety wasn’t that great but it was delicious for my family and me overall it’s a solid hotel.

We had a nice, comfortable room, which was very clean, and the hotel was in a perfect location for the excel centre. Tasty breakfast, and good service all round. All staff were very welcoming (Fitore was especially helpful and friendly). Would recommend 🙂

We arrived late as our air bnb had cancelled our booking with no warning. Receptionist extremely kind and helpful and room surprisingly affordable!

We were so chuffed to make your stay pleasant, at Novotel our guests are the most important thing ever and when we hear compliments it makes us have butterflies! I have stayed in Novotel numerous times as a silver member I can say I am extremely disappointed with my stay this occasion. My room faced several issues which were not resolved until towards the end of my stay. The kettle in my room was not working, as well the telephone in the room. The room was cold and the heating was not working and we had two single beds made into a double bed which was extremely uncomfortable. I had to make several calls to the reception about these issues which were not rectified until the last day of my stay. Extremely disappointing

As we were visiting the F1 exhibition in the excel, this hotel is practically on the doorstep. Nice hotel, however so many stains on the carpet in room, paint missing off parts of the wall and the heating controls worn away on the dial.
