Usually stay here as its a decent and affordable hotel, however on this stay, the drain system was broken, causing the shower and sink to just fill up and not drain, flooding the ensuite. The TV was also disconnected from the internet rendering the casting and mobile connectivity unusable. Other than that, very comfy bed and pillows and I slept every very well. The room provides extra pillows, hair dryer and basic toiletries (except toothpaste and brush)

Was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the rooms were. Really clean also. Staff in all areas were very friendly. Great location for the Exel but also easy to get into central London. Def stay again.
