Good central location, but in desperate need of some maintenance. For a non smoking hotel, the premium room we booked for 4 nights, reeked of smoke. We could only manage one night and we were then moved to a different room, 10 floors below, with no offer of compensation. If I hadn’t asked for compensation, we would’ve received nothing. We then also had the Do Not Disturb sign on our door, as we wanted to have a nap before heading out, but housekeeping incessantly knocked at the door for a good 5 minutes and then they called the phone in the room, which I found utterly disrespectful. Other than that, staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The location near Silom is very convenient, but what really stood out for me throughout my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the people.
The staff were all lovely, attentive and genuinely welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I always felt well looked after. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful and ready to assist, and that level of service made a big difference to my stay.
The Executive Lounge experience was definitely the highlight for me. The lounge team took such good care of me throughout my stay, and their attentiveness and personal service made it feel much more than simply having access to a hotel lounge. They made me feel welcome every time I visited and consistently checked that I had everything I needed. It became one of my favourite parts of staying at the hotel and a big reason why I would happily return.
The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, although they are starting to show their age in certain areas. Some of the cabinetry and fittings could use some repair and refurbishment, and I think some updating would really elevate the overall experience. That said, these did not take away from what was still a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Ultimately, great hospitality can make all the difference, and this is where Pullman Bangkok Hotel G delivered for me. The genuine warmth and attentiveness of the team more than made up for some of the physical areas of the hotel that could benefit from refreshing.

This is my first stay. I've been here before, a few times for burgers and as a banquet guest.
Having perceived this as an upscale hotel, I expected to feel a little unsure of how to behave. A smooth check-in and greetings from unpretentious, genuinely friendly staff helped me settle in quickly.
My impression upon entering was the coziness of the room. The use of mixed materials made the
all-white room feel lived-in rather than sterile.
I spent an hour lounging and reading in the armchair, enjoying the late-afternoon natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
It happened to rain often during my stay and I could not run outdoors, so I dropped by the hotel gym to keep myself active.
The facility was well-equipped and everything I needed (drinking water, towels) was easy to access.
I rarely needed to ask staff where something was because things were intuitively placed and easily accessible.
I ended two out of three evenings at my fav burger spot, 25⁰ Burger Bar, where Accor welcome-drink vouchers could be redeemed for certain drinks from a designated menu. The vibe was lively without being crowded, and they serve good burgers and drinks 24/7.
The overall experience made me want to stay longer, because I could maintain most of my normal routine at the hotel without a hassle of dealing with household chores.
There was still more for me to explore, which made me realize how quickly the weekend had gone by.

We booked our holiday through Luxury Escapes and expected to receive luxury accommodation, we had 3 nights booked through Luxury Escapes the executive lounge and staff were excellent, with great finger food and alcoholic beverages, but our room was very disappointing, the room was completely white walls and furniture the only colour in the room was the black TV, the furniture was all damaged or heavily marked and the floors scratched and marked, most definitely not a 5 star hotel room, on our return to Bangkok, we booked a single night in the hotel privately and our room was far superior to the Luxury Escapes room, the room was nicely decorated and the quality of the furniture and floors were much better
My advice is check your Luxury Escapes room as you certainly do not get a 5* experience

Exactly from the start , the staff excelled, I arrived at around 8 am , 7 hours before the proper check in , but by 10.30 they gave me a room, which , after traveling over 20 hours getting there , meant so much, there staff are great, and went a long way to make this place great, but ,!!!! The rooms are starting to look tired and worn and definitely need upgrading, I stayed in a club room, with club facilities etc etc, my only thing regarding the snacks at the happy hours , need some thought, IE less like roast chicken slices , or stirr fries things and just stick to pick up snacks, which also may cost less to produce,
I stayed on floor 33, and for instance the carpet in the corridor was very badly worn and stained, but in fairness to the hotel , the price I paid for what I got was fantastic, but would rather pay more for better or upgraded rooms, but over all I definitely would stay here again, the staff were great

Having to pay for water we didn't order. when one of our party had throat cancer and needed water to eat and was not allowed to bring her water bottle she needed water. The rest of the party were offered a carafe of water, not told it was chargeable. 5 star Michelin rating, not sure how.

Great location, short walk to King Power Mahonokhan building, MRT, Central Park. Beautiful rooms with floor to ceiling windows, spacious room with nice shower and tub. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa experience was absolutely wonderful as well. Only negative was the restrooms in the lobby smelled horrible all 8 days we were there.

Curtains were dirty and torn. Though the room was big. The Reno was just a lick of white paint over everything. Electrical sockets were just not in the right place
