we did extend our stay instead moving to Sofitel all because of Ms. KK she did every thing in her power to help us , and we are grateful to her , we had lot of hurdles, very very dis satisfied with the concierge and bell Boys not helpful at all until i made a strong complain to Ms. KK and front desk , but must say there was a lady bell caption who was so good and polite always helpful

We spent three nights at the hotel in October. The hotel is in a good location, easy to also access the BTS. We enjoyed breakfast in the club lounge on the 27th floor and nightly drinks. The staff in the lounge are very hard working, friendly and professional. We did have breakfast one day in the restaurant, the food was quite average and it was missing the variety of beautiful Thai fruits that we find at all hotels, there was no papaya or passionfruit. We spent some time by the pool, this area is small but adequate. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but it was overshadowed by the condition of the hotel, it is in desperate need of refurbishing or renovation, this is currently not the standard of a five start hotel.

I like the white rooms in this hotel but they say they upgrade people and they dont. I'm a platinum member and have my roaster of usual hotels in BKK. This one is losing it a bit.
Food at breakfast was awful, nothing but patisseries or pork based dishes. Not a single Thai dish. Lounge is outdated. And the room I had (and the floor) smelled heavily of chemical products. The bath tube was not cleaned every day. Same for the bathroom mat. And the price while I was there was definitely up. This hotel in my opinion doesn't justify 5 stars. The Scarlett bar staff also refused to honor the 20% off, which made no sense given that S/O and Sofitel in town have no pb with it.

Our stay was just shy of two weeks and we didn’t want to leave. Loved our rooms, the views, the facilities, location, and most importantly the STAFF! Above and beyond doesn’t come close to explaining how great they were.

I stayed at this location with my son and we were very comfortable here. We were conveniently located to Super rich currency exchange even though the lobby has a currency exchange. There is a Thai massage business in the hotel as well as next door. Restaurants and public transportation are walking distance. The rooms were cleaned almost daily as we returned each day from activities. They have a pool, gym, laundry service on site.

The hotel is conveniently located and clean. The staff is great and responds quickly and efficiently when service is needed. My room was ok. Bed was very comfortable. The shower stall had standing water and didn’t drain properly. The lamp on the desk was broken and the coffee maker unusable.

Checkin on the 27F executive lounge was good, too was a disappointment, mould in bathroom, room seat covers torn, floor has seen better days, white collar scheme just looks dirty, curtains dirty, overall first impressions poor, charge points almost unusable next to the bed, lights in the room awful and mostly don't work well, feels more like a 3 star hotel from a room perspective, lobby is nice, exec floor is ok but food and drink selection is limited and very limited staff meant that everyone was left waiting for service almost all the time, drinks wait could be 20 minutes or just forgotten, plates constantly running out and food looked like much was just recycled from breakfast.

I booked my remaing Stay Plus and Suite upgrade for my 3day stay in Bangkok.
As soon as I Arrived they told me that I was already staying at the suite for 3 nights so I need not change room types in the duration of stay. It was truely a welcome treat! Another packed gift arrived and followed by another platter of fresh fruits. My room was spacious with a great view of Chao Praya River side.
Of course, check-in and check out was quick. Kudos to the whole Premiere Lounge team receptionists and servers for their great service rendered as well as gling extra mile to get me some stuff delivered in the hotel. Food at lounge is different each meal. Thats a plus!
Location is great! Am walking each day to my faborite stores, Mahanakhon Tower, Michelin starred restaurant & the Silom Thai cooking Class in the same Decho Road.
Overall stay was superb!

like i had feedback to the team when i left, the rooms are really getting quite dated. and the central control is getting a little erratic.
Furthermore, there is no lights/ lamps at the area of the study table and its not very conducive for work.

We have been coming to this hotel for over 10 years but over that 10 years there has been no maintenance whatsoever. Consequently it's no longer a 5 star hotel. Very tired dated rooms, absolutely no modern technology (no USB ports for phone charging, no connectivity to the TV and very inconsistent internet, no universal power plugs) all of which are easy fixes.
Staff still good, lack of senior management appearance anywhere in the hotel. Breakfasts great and varied despite lack of coffee cups and glasses each morning. Unfortunately the food was often cold though. On the plus side Scarlet's Restaurant has that 5 star wow factor with great views. Hotel is a great position for exploring Bangkok. Have been told the hotel is due for a major makeover next year so hopefully will bring it back to it's 5 star rating.
