Nice new hotel with right price. Only negative was bad smell in toilet and not warm shower. It was not cold but was not warm.

Hotel in renovation, was confronted at arrival. Minimum would be to inform when booking. Building site. Smell paint everywhere. Dark in corridor. Entrance opened all the time so no security. Parking was closed. Needed to use a side parking. The evening roundabout/main roads were closed to renovation. Noone informed how to access hotel in the evening. Thx to my navigation system I could find a way through off road at night. Mainly terrible experience !!! With communication and maybe offering the breakfast …. It would have help to make the stay more bearable…

Sur place pour une nuit, ma femme mon fils et moi avons passés une très bonne nuit. Malgré de travaux de rafraichissement et d'agrandissement, nous avons séjourné sans gêne occasionnée. Hôtel vraiment calme, accueil au top, et le petit déj'... Impeccable ! Je recommande vivement! Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel !

Having the hotel in renovation is understandable but not having a contact phone phone nor a working link of my order made me feel I was scammed at first. The lady in the reception didn't do much effort to help us despite the choice I did to arrive before midday - which is a choice given in the website of the reservation we were obliged to go away and come back later as room was not ready.

Regarding the early check-in: while it is indeed offered as an option during the booking process, it is always subject to room availability on the day of arrival. We apologize if this wasn’t clearly explained at reception. We also regret the confusion caused by the booking confirmation and the lack of a working contact number. Your feeling of uncertainty is completely understandable, and we are actively working on improving accessibility and clarity for our guests.
