Tout d'abord, rien n'avait été dit qu'il y avait des travaux, qui ne nous ont pas dérangés. mais aucune info sur le site. Le Pire c'est qu'il n'y avait aucune patère / porte manteaux dans la chambre pour suspendre les vêtements. Le jeudi matin, je suis allé à l'accueil demandé si c'est normal / pas....et là grosse surprise: on me répond que c'est désormais le nouveau modèle de chambre et donc qu'il n'y aura RIEN pour pendre les vêtements. J'ai demandé que votre architecte vienne y passer une nuit pour voir l'aspect non pratique des nouvelles chambres. Le lavabo a changé d'endroit et ce n'est pas mieux. Je suis client depuis de nombreuses années et je viens x fois / an dans les Hotels de la chaine ACCOR. Peut-être devrais-je changer de crémerie à l'avenir ?? Cordialement.
