Monsieur, Nous vous remercions pour vos commentaires suite à votre séjour à ibis Haguenau Strasbourg Nord. C’est avec plaisir que nous recevons la bonne note attribuée à votre séjour dans notre établissement. Votre satisfaction est la plus belle récompense pour notre personnel qui travaille jour après jour pour vous offrir un service irréprochable. En ce qui concerne les travaux, la moitié de nos chambres sont en effet en rénovation, afin d'en améliorer le confort et le design pour donner à nos client une expérience encore plus agréable. Nous vous prions de nous excuser pour ce petit désagrément, qui ne devrait plus être très long. Dans l’attente de vous accueillir de nouveau, nous vous prions de croire, Monsieur, en l’expression de nos sentiments les meilleurs. Estelle et son équipe
