Keeping this review private as I don't know if I can post her name here. I would like to single out Ms. Jeanne from the reception (I hope I got the name right). She is always very welcoming and clearly one of the nicest receptionists that I had to deal with! Among other things, she gives extra effort to remember and address frequent guests by name, which makes you feel welcome and always happy to come back. I hope my positive feedback goes into her yearly performance review ;)
