Well exactly what I was expecting: warm welcoming , helpful staff at the reception; cleaned room , very confortable bed, draft beer at the bar and amazing breakfast.

We really liked this hotel. It is very clean. Cleaning rooms is done every day, the staff is very kind and pleasant. We were warmly welcomed at the reception. I also liked the breakfast, it's very tasty. Everything is professional. I will advise this hotel to my friends.

I have been to the hotel on numerous occasions (cycling training). This time I was less satisfied because I was staying at the front side (Basic Fit) which is more noisy.

The night staff was most helpful. All were courteous to us, and we were able to get a good's night rest which was needed. The only negative is the lack of an electrical outlet anywhere near the bathroom area, even in the bedroom near to it. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

reception could not even book a breakfast at check-in. reception did not give my bill at check-out. Now I can not regularly apply for my travel cost at my company.
