Check in slow and staff didn't know what they were doing, no help with bags up 3 flights of stairs, check out staff didn't care when leaving, not enough towels in the room, given wrong room at check in.

The room was a little small however sufficed for an overnight stay before flying out of Brisbane

The room is a little dated and could do with some maintenance. The light block out screen did not block out night light effectively so a light sleeper who needs dark might struggle but I was fine. Included breakfast is pointless as I had a golf tee time of 7am and breakfast did not open till then so I had no breakfast. All in all it was suitable for my needs, clean and tidy and a good location for my needs.
