Good location by the Loire, just offset from the city center. Staff at reception and I the restaurant were helpful, courteous and professional. Room was fine, comfortable and quiet. *One point to improve though is the tv: the connection was very unstable and while watching a program, it would suddenly shut off, go to a black screen and after a while, back to the 'smarttv' logo and connected to channel 1. This occurred too many times and was unpleasant and frustrating. The food was good, with a generous breakfast, and A la carte food for dinner offers a decent selection of 3 or 4 entrees, main and then sweets. A special note for the gentleman waiter we had during our dinner, who provided an excellent service. S

Comfortable room, pillow a little less comfortable but bed good. Breakfast very good. Everywhere spotless. Some milk on the hospitality tray would be appreciated. We do like our ‘nuage de lait’ in our tea!

Well located, nice view on the Loire river, clean room and feeling welcomed in my arrival. The negative side for me was my dinner experience. I was really disappointed by the menu. It seemed that the restaurant wasn't open but only the terrasse with a short and boring menu. I would have liked to know that the full kitchen wasn't open and that a restricted menu was offered for dinner. I would have gone somewhere else with a better choice. The staff was friendly but quite disorganised as a result, I had an issue regarding my payment for my meal. It was solved the next morning with the director but it was quite unpleasant and if I didn't challenge the payment directly added to my room, I would have paid twice my dinner and paid for someone else.
