Unfortunately, during periods of extreme heat, our air conditioning system can struggle to maintain a consistently cool temperature despite our maintenance team's ongoing efforts to keep it operating as efficiently as possible. We also apologize that the temporary solution we provided with a fan did not fully meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing this must have been, and we regret the inconvenience caused.
