the location is good, the staff are very friendly, but thats it, the rooms are small , old, and no facilities such as tea and coffee in the room , the sound insulation is bad, you can hear other rooms . i believe this should be downgraded to 2 stars.

Overnight stop. Positive receptionist. Rooms and grounds a little tired
