This is my hotel of choice whenever I come to Bourges. The hotel is beautifully managed and I am always made to feel welcome by the staff. A lovely resturant with high quality food. An overall great place to stay.

The hotel is nice and well located, but we had a problem with the window close to the bed, as it didn't close well, and it was definitively noisy in the bedroom during the night (and we stayed 2 nights), also there was no fitted sheet in the bed when we had the second night, we were obliged to ask one to the reception, and we had to install it in the bed ourselves, which is not really what we expect from a 4 stars hotel. Anyway, the bed was good and the bedroom and bathroom were clean. Also the people of the hotel were very nice.

Disappointed that we were not able to have dinner, due to outsiders having booked all availability I would have thought that the management would reserve a couple of tables for late arrival residents.
