Gorgeous building and great parking. After 6 hours on the road we were very disappointed to be served warm beer.

Staff at reception spoke very little English. The tv did not work as it indicates a smart tv but had to have hotel come up just to put on cable with only one English station and no access to Netflix. The room was very hot and temperature controls did not work. This was in April too. Checkout the receptionist was rude to my husband and would not take his card to pay for parking. Told him we would have to pay for another day if we did not pay right then.

Generally it was a good experience except that the room was too warm and turning the AC on did not help.
