My only concern was accessing car park. Chains across entrance denying access. Keypad alongside entrance not clear. Had to go to reception to get chain lowered to access parking. No good enough for a 4 star hotel. No information about access about parking given when booking online. Other than that an overall satisfactory experience.

Our room 107 had tiny windows and was very dark

The location was pretty good, with secure parking. The room was good, very comfortable bed. The room was pretty stuffy, even with the air con on and the duvet was heavy so it did get very warm during the night. The breakfast was ok, although the hot offering eg bacon was not very hot. The pastries and fruit/ yoghurt was very nice.
