Firstly, I really wish I had got the name of the young man on the front desk, because he deserves to be recognised for how kind, friendly and genuinely helpful he was. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make our stay easier as a family. He arranged our rooms so that we were comfortable and, importantly, close together. That might sound like a small thing, but when you're travelling with young children, being able to have them nearby made an enormous difference to me. It took away a huge amount of stress and made me feel much more comfortable and at ease. He also arranged a travel cot for our baby immediately and without any fuss. Again, this might sound like a small thing, but we've stayed in other hotels where requests like this have taken ages and, worse, have sometimes made us feel as though we're being a burden. That was absolutely not the case here. He was helpful, cheerful and made us feel completely welcome. When you're travelling with children, it isn't always the easiest thing to do, so having someone at reception who is warm, chatty, accommodating and genuinely happy to help meant a lot to me. That level of kindness really stayed with me, and I am extremely grateful for it. The hotel itself also deserves a lot of praise, particularly the children's area. It wasn't just a token little corner with a couple of toys — it was genuinely fantastic, with great toys, games, books and a lovely carpeted space. For us, this took the stay from good to excellent. Our baby could crawl around happily and safely, while I could actually sit down and have a drink while keeping an eye on her. Our son was able to play with some of the other children staying there, which was really lovely to see. Most importantly, I felt that the children were genuinely considered and welcomed. They weren't treated as an appendix to the adults staying at the hotel; they had a space that was clearly designed with them in mind. As a parent, that made me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. In fact, this experience has made me think that, when travelling with our children, I would actively look for another ibis Styles hotel before choosing somewhere else — particularly if this level of family-friendly comfort and care is consistent across their hotels in France. Thank you to the team, and especially to the lovely young man on reception. You made a much bigger difference to our stay than you probably realised.

The pleasant stay was marred by a young female member of staff who was quite rude to my wife. When my wife asked her where the serviettes were, she did not reply, pulled a face and just walked away and pointed in the general direction. HOW RUDE!

The staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean with plenty space, the location is very close to the centre, and the hall has a great area for kids, which was perfect for an afternoon with over 40ºC...

Accueil excellent. Chambre suffisamment grande et prises électriques judicieuses en tête de lit. Dommage l'absence de volets pour eviter le plein soleil. Dommage aussi la baignoire, une douche serait plus agréable.
