Reception offhand. Bicycle storage was secure. No water or tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Regarding the water, a notice in the room stated that this was for environmental reasons. It seemed like greenwashing. The pillows were of a poor quality.

If you are an All Member (silver or gold), you can expect the hotel to forget to give you a welcome drink voucher about half the time. This was one of them.
