As usual an efficient reception, the only problem was we had to go back to reception to claim our towels as the laundry did not dry them and they were still on the line.

I expersienced a very pleasant stay in Cosne, the service minded attitude of the staff was remarkable. Always helpful, ready to give an answer or suggestions. The only disappointment was the accessability of the room for people with reduced mobility. Entering the room, or the bathroom, is propably not a problem for most wheelchair users,but my partner was not oble to overcome those obstacles by herself, and needed my assistance.
