Lovely atmosphere with big windows to let in light and wonderful staff. Finger food was nice and sweet treats were wonderful. They were deceptively small but we were both stuffed afterwards. Nice selection of tea and coffee afterwards. Big hands up to Astha for being very attentive throughout. She was lovely ❤️

Stayed one night at the Novotel Greenwich as part of an organised trip. Check in was very swift, even with the amount of people checking in at one time due to the trip. We got a 20% off drinks voucher per person too which was a nice touch. Our room was good, plenty of room and two double beds, seperate room for shower and bath and a seperate room for the toilet. Air conditioning wasn’t fantastic but it did the job. Very comfortable duvet/bedding and good pillows. Breakfast was great. A good selection of hot food with bacon and scrambled eggs cooked just right. Good selection of pastries and juices too. Would return to this hotel if ever back in this area of London.

We enjoyed it very much and Astha is a star, she took care of us really well. We enjoyed the lovely range of cakes and pastries, and had lovely tea. The view was spectacular and very nice ambience. The seating area was lovely and in pre-celebration for my hubby's birthday. Thank you so much for such a beautiful afternoon, could not have asked for better time

The hotel location was great by way of public transportation, restaurants, and grocery but the mini fridge was barely cool on maximum and the hotel itself had no snacks or drinks aside from the bar/restaurant. Other hotels in this group have had vending machines or gift shops available. The beds were comfortable and the bath was spacious.

We know the area well as used to live nearby 18 years ago or so. Brought our kids for a sightseeing trip and this hotel was spot on. Staff all brilliant and very friendly. Only docked 1 point off as had to keep asking for our milk and coffee tray to be re-filled which when paying so much each night should be done automatically. No biggie just niggly. Has a great on site restaurant and bar and our family room had a safe and small fridge. We would definitely come back to stay again. Thanks!
