The hotel smells bad, no running water , even for going to the toilet

Corresponded to expectations. I suggest adding an ash tray at the entrance outside for smokers, would likely leave the entrance cleaner

For a budget hotel the facility was decent, only complaint was the bathroom and shower where really small however again for a budget hotel its nothing really :) Hotel was close to the metro and the rooms have everything you need.
