ibis offers a certain expected level of quality, but at this time, I had many problems that lowered my satisfaction with the stay.

Our hotel is Green Key certified, which means we follow environmentally responsible energy-management practices. As part of this commitment, the maximum room temperature is intentionally regulated and set between 19 and 22°C, in line with sustainability guidelines. We understand that this temperature range may not suit everyone, particularly during the winter months, and we regret that it affected your comfort. Regarding the window being left open upon your late arrival, we sincerely apologize for this oversight. The housekeeping team has been reminded of the importance of ensuring rooms are properly prepared before guest arrival. We also apologize for the issues encountered in the bathroom. The shower door leakage and the slow sink drainage have been reported to our maintenance team for inspection and correction. We truly value your comments, as they help us improve our services, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better conditions. The hotel is well positioned about a 30 minute walk from the train station (there is a bus but we chose the scenic walk, on arrival the daytime checkin staff were friendly and helpful, we went up to our rooms and as you would expect from an ibis Budget (we use them several times a year) they were basic, clean and functional with a brilliant shower. The hotel itself was also well kept. Now here’s what lets it down, the evening staff have got to be the rudest most unhelpful people I have ever met in my 58 years on this earth, we went as a family 4 rooms so wanted to sit and chat in a communal area after a great day in Paris and we were not allowed as it was set up for breakfast this by the way was 7pm so had to either sit in one of the rooms or use four seats and the floor in reception. we reported the aircon/heating not working in one room and in another so loud they couldn’t sleep nothing was sorted in all three nights, we had a broken bulb in one room again nothing done over the three nights we stayed there there was a few other glitches but I’m not going to go on, In summary the hotel itself is very much the same as any other Ibis hotel, cheap and cheerful and perfectly suitable for a mini break away, I personally wouldn’t stay there again as the evening staff definitely need more training and spoilt what was otherwise a pleasant trip away with my adult children and there partners.

The room was good but the space is too small for double bed room for couple having two small luggage.
