I specifically requested a quiet room on high floor. But was given super noisy room on 9th floor. I can hear car, tram , train everything in details ( near junction) plus 2-3 rooms nearby slamming door passed midnight. I was awake all night didn’t sleep at all.

Fourth time visiting Warsaw and fourth time staying at Novotel Warsaw Center. The location couldn't be more perfect, it's easily accessible from the airport, as the bus stops right next to it. All forms of public transport are just a few steps away, so it's very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and if you're lucky, you will have the most beautiful view of the Palace of Culture and Science! The breakfast buffet is wonderful, serves a variety of fresh food, continental, healthy options and local specialities. Although I didn't need assistance, the staff were very kind and helpful in offering their services. Thank you, Novotel! See you again soon!

I had the issues with room keys. One of two keys given to me was not working. I had to go to reception again to make it work. I got late check-out but the reception didn’t inform me to enable the late check-out on my room keys. So, I had to be in queue at the reception for the third time. I also had problems with the air conditioner in the room. The room was hot even after adjusting the temperature

It is only a 5-minute walk from the main train station and a 20-minute drive from the airport. Well location. You can find everything you need within walking distance. The room is spacious and cosy. I would love to stay back if I have a chance to visit Warsaw next time.

The hotel was centrally located, which was certainly a positive. However, the overall experience felt more like a basic 2-star hotel stay, with very few amenities provided in the room. There were no slippers, body lotion, coffee or creamer, and when I asked the staff about these items, I was simply told that everything was chargeable. While I understand that some amenities may come at an additional cost, the overall experience felt very basic, especially considering the positioning of the hotel. As a Platinum member with Marriott and a Titanium member with GHA, I have experienced a much higher level of service and attention to detail. I continue to choose Accor properties in the hope of changing my perception, but unfortunately, I am repeatedly disappointed. There is clearly a lot of room for improvement, particularly when it comes to the guest experience, in-room amenities, and the overall value offered. Accor has a lot of catching up to do if it wants to compete with other major hotel loyalty programs and deliver a consistently elevated experience.

We understand your comments regarding the in-room amenities and appreciate that, based on your experience with other hotel groups, you may have expected a different level of inclusions. It is worth noting, however, that the availability of certain amenities can vary depending on the room category. Many items such as additional toiletries, slippers, or enhanced in-room facilities are typically included in higher room categories, such as Superior or Executive rooms, which is a common practice across the international hotel industry. We regret if this distinction was not sufficiently clear at the time of booking or during your stay. We would also like to highlight that Accor has its own loyalty programme, ALL – Accor Live Limitless, with benefits increasing progressively according to the member's status. We highly value the loyalty of our returning guests and continuously work to ensure that the recognition and benefits offered through the programme provide greater value as members progress through the different tiers. That said, we fully appreciate that loyalty benefits are only one part of the overall guest experience. Your comments regarding service, communication and perceived value are important to us, and we will share them with our team as an opportunity to review how we present our room categories, available amenities and loyalty benefits to our guests. It is a very nice hotel, but they definitely work to rip off tourists. I ordered a glass of wine with some chips and peanuts as I had to skip dinner. They charged me $15 USD for chips and peanuts. I protested, and they did refund me. Still, it was not a pleasant experience.

Hi, love your hotel and been staying here every 2 years but let me ask directly, what has happened to the toilet paper? I will say yhis, if you wouldn't use it at home - dont give it to your guests.

Our stay at Novotel Warszawa Centrum was a rather spontaneous, last-minute decision, chosen mainly because of its very convenient central location. Despite being such a short stay, the hotel managed to leave a very positive impression. We arrived well before midday, and considering the hotel had only around 20 minutes’ notice of our arrival, I was genuinely impressed that a room was already prepared for us. At check-in we were looked after by Paulina, a trainee, who deserves a special mention. She was friendly, patient and made a real effort to answer all of my questions — and I tend to have quite a few! Initially, we were offered an Executive Room on the 25th floor, which was a very nice upgrade, although it had two single beds rather than the double bed we would have preferred. After seeing the room, I returned to reception and spoke with Julka from Customer Relations. She was excellent: professional, personable and refreshingly good-humoured. After some discussion, she managed to move us to a room on the 27th floor, joking that I was a “hard bargain” when I also enquired about complimentary breakfast. 😂 She was actually kind enough to offer breakfast, but unfortunately our departure the following morning was so early that we could not take advantage of it. That interaction says quite a lot about the service here. Nothing felt confrontational or difficult — it was simply a friendly conversation with staff who genuinely tried to find a solution. We also received a lovely welcome amenity with chocolates and drinks, which was very much appreciated. One feature that genuinely surprised me was the sauna on the 31st floor, open 24 hours a day. I went up to have a look and found it extremely clean and well maintained. Having access to a sauna at any hour, particularly so high above Warsaw, is a fantastic feature and something I certainly did not expect. If I were to suggest one small improvement, it would be the welcome letter. The chocolates and drinks created a personal feeling, but the accompanying Polish/English A4 letter felt rather generic. A smaller personalised card with the guest’s name or a handwritten sentence would complement the otherwise excellent Platinum recognition much better. Overall, this was a very quick but very enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, the high-floor rooms give the hotel a real Warsaw-city feel, the 24/7 sauna is a brilliant touch, but above all it was Paulina and Julka who made the experience memorable. Thank you to both of them for making a last-minute arrival feel anything but last-minute. We would very happily return — hopefully next time for long enough to actually have breakfast. 😊
