The hotel is nice, the people super. The only problem I have with Sofitel Warsaw is the billing. I am asking for emails to be shared right after checkout, I have to chase back and during my last 2 stays there were late backcharges which in one case I had to challenge with the credit card company. In almost every hotel of ACCOR I check out and heve the bill in my mailbox in minutes. Not in your hotel though which is annoying for a business traveler who spends 60-70 nights per year in ACCOR hotels.

Good stay but bathroom smelly due to use of unclean cleaning water (urine smell)
