This hotel was wonderful! A good value and great service. The front desk lady( from Morocco) that spoke 4 languages was able to get us an early check in as she realized how tired we were. The room was very nice and had good amenities. The breakfast was great and the longer hours for it were nice. The lobby was clean and inviting. Although it's not in the center of the city there is good food and shops nearby. The L1 metro line is about a 7-8 min walk and it's about 30 min ride to the Gothic quarter. I do wish the rooms had a mini fridge and a microwave and since I'm American, ice would be nice. 😉 We would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel for other travelers.

The noise from the next room and the hallway is very audible. It was confusing how to connect to the wifi. I couldn't my connect my phone to the TV. The TV is very slow. There is no music channel.

The hotel was clean, the staff very approachable. The rooms were done up very well everyday. The breakfast set up can improve. Sometimes there will not be ingredients in stock suck as bread, hot water for tea etc including cutlery.
